My name is [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and it is waaay too popular. I wish my parents had named me something different. And I think [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is lovely.

If it were my first time hearing both names, I would prefer [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Sophie[/name_f]) although both are lovely names. I wish I didn’t care about popularity, but I do, and I’ve heard it far too often. [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is trendy, but I haven’t met any, so I would more likely choose this name. Also, [name_u]Ari[/name_u] is a wonderful nickname

I chose [name_f]Aria[/name_f], although I have personal reasons against it.

Around me [name_f]Aria[/name_f] is one of the fastest rising new names, so I see them both as very popular. With a popular name I think traditional names work much better and seem less faddy, and I think [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] is lovely, so I voted for that.
