I voted no because I don’t anyone with this name. However, as an alternative, I did find [name]Arietta[/name] way back in our family’s geneology. I think it is cute.

I voted no because it may be getting popular overall, BUT it’s probably not popular where YOU live.

I voted popular even though I never met one because it is rising on the baby names. It’s ranked #157

[name]Aria[/name] used to be my favorite name, but after Pretty [name]Little[/name] Liars, not so much…

I voted no because I’ve never heard of the name until I started reading NB.

Same here, never heard of the name before NB… HOWEVER I see it’s appeal. I think it’ll get into the top 100. Whats too popular in your opinion? There are different types of popular too lol. I find it’s part of the A trends going on right now yes, but it is a nice name and popular for a good reason.

I love [name]Aria[/name] but I’ve never met an [name]Aria[/name] in real life. You asked for middle names so here’s some I like with [name]Aria[/name]:

[name]Aria[/name] [name]Lotus[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Louise[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Magdalene[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Delphine[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Beatrix[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Antoinette[/name] (I don’t usually like alliteration, but I love this!)
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Nanette[/name]
[name]Aria[/name] [name]Willow[/name]

I don’t think it’s overly popular. [name]Remember[/name] that after the top 10, the actual number of babies born with that name drops dramatically. If 6,000 babies were born with the number 10 name (just an example), the number drops down to 3,000 by like number 14 (again, just an example)

So really, only the top 10-20 names are actually “wildly popular”.

I voted yes. I have met a baby [name]Aria[/name] a few years ago, I know a grown woman named [name]Aria[/name] (said ah-[name]RYE[/name]-ah rather than ARE-ee-ah, though), and I hear EVERYONE talking about it! Like someone else said, it’s number 157 currently and from the rate it’s going, it wouldn’t surprise me if it nearly cracked the top 100 this year.

I voted yes only because I see it popping up all over nameberry. Always in the forums and being searched. However, I think the name is beautiful and if you love it that should count for more.

I taught a little girl named [name]Aria[/name] (pronounced [name]AH[/name]-ree-ah) last year. She is now in third grade. I guess her parents were ahead of the curve.

Thank You for your responses. Top 100 would be too popular for me however I do love the name and I doubt I could get hubby to switch now! Any other middle name suggestions for me to ponder… I still can’t get on board with anything, we have nothing :frowning:

I actually know a 25-year-old [name]Aria[/name] - went to high school with her. She was always really rude, though, haha.
