We’re at the hospital, baby girl #3 was born and we are having such a hard time choosing a name we love!
I would like to continue the pattern as our other two kid’s names are: [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Katerina[/name_f] [name_u]Ivy[/name_u].
Any ideas, which would you pick?

Alexandra for sure - matches the Royal/Euro glam style and staying power of the other two names and has the best nickname options (Alex, Alexie, Lexi, Alexa, Ally, Sasha etc). I like that the ending sounds different (whereas Angelina and Katerina similar). As mentioned your previous post, I think a flower or nature name for a middle would be lovely!

Alexandra thematically works the best with your siblings but please don’t choose it unless you’re okay with the likely nickname of Alex. Unless you choose another nickname from the word go (e.g. Lexi, Allie, Annie), people will call her Alex. Constantly. And even then, you’ve got to be prepared for the possibility of what if she wants to be called Alex?
I love Angelina, but I think it’s a bit too close to Katerina.
Unless you love Alex, to combat the Alex issue, I suggest Alessandra 
I’m sure though, whatever you choose to call your little girl will be the best decision for you and your family! Congratulations!

I agree with this advice - would choose [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] if [name_u]Alex[/name_u] definitely not desirable (and [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] ties in well with Katerina). I also suggested [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] in her last post - I love [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]! 
[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] is so pretty! [name_m]Ties[/name_m] in with the theme well, and has a similar vibe but avoids [name_u]Alex[/name_u]. [name_f]Alessandra[/name_f] definitely goes with [name_f]Katerina[/name_f] and works with the set as well

[name_u]Arya[/name_u] is my fav from your names but it does seem different to the other girls, I love the suggestion of [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] and throwing [name_f]Adelaide[/name_f] or [name_f]Adeline[/name_f] in the mix as another regal A name.

I really love [name_u]Arya[/name_u] but dislike how short/different it sounds from her sisters names. [name_f]Angelina[/name_f] is beautiful with the sibset but too similar sounding to [name_f]Katerina[/name_f] so I think I’m going to X out that option.
