I’m not sure which I prefer. Which is more popular? Are they both usable? Which sounds better?

[name_m]Ansel[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u]
They are both usable, but I much prefer [name_m]Ansel[/name_m]. [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] was 309th in 2017 on nameberry, [name_u]Asa[/name_u] was 518th in the U.S (2016) , 630th on Nameberry, and 705th in [name_f]England[/name_f].
With [name_u]Jude[/name_u] as the middle name, I prefer [name_u]Asa[/name_u]. I think they’re both handsome, but in this, [name_u]Asa[/name_u] wins for me.
I might be biased, but I think [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is a fine name 
Honestly though, I do prefer [name_u]Asa[/name_u] over [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] with [name_u]Jude[/name_u] as a middle. I think [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] might be better suited for a longer middle— something like [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] [name_m]Oliver[/name_m]?
I knew I’d seen [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] somewhere before! It was @sansavesper’s signature.
Honestly I think [name_u]Asa[/name_u] is far more handsome than [name_m]Ansel[/name_m]. [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is very handsome.
Which fits more with the other names in my signature? And @sansavesper I don’t want to steal your name I had no idea you had [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u]
I don’t believe in name stealing— we can both use it! 
I just think it’s a funny coincidence. So long as you don’t mind, we can both use it
I think [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] sounds great. It gets my vote.
I really like [name_m]Ansel[/name_m], but [name_u]Asa[/name_u] fits better with the names in your signature (though both fit your other names well). And [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] sounds nicer than [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u].
Haha, I had to check to see if you were @sansavesper - that combo really sticks with you.
[name_u]Asa[/name_u] and [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] are two of my favorite ‘A’ names, but as others have said, [name_u]Asa[/name_u] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] just makes a perfect combo.
However, as great as a first name + middle name combo may be, the first name is what you’ll be using day after day, so make sure you go with what you want to use.

[name_u]Asa[/name_u] is a beautiful name. [name_m]Ansel[/name_m] is a bit too clunky for me.

I like both names a lot! But with [name_u]Jude[/name_u], I’d vote for [name_u]Asa[/name_u].
