Ashby and Auburn

I used to love [name_u]Auburn[/name_u] so much but now I’m having second thoughts. I also love [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] but it seems like nobody else does. Thoughts and help me feel better about them or tell me why you don’t like them?

Thanks in advance

My sister is a teacher and one year she had a little [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] in her class. Sweetest little boy she ever met. I love [name_u]Ashby[/name_u], and I like [name_u]Auburn[/name_u] too.

I’ve been crushing on [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] lately! I think it’s the sweetest, and so cool. Could never use it for obvious reasons haha, but I’d love to meet one!!

Auburn is handsome, but I prefer [name_u]Auden[/name_u] or [name_u]Auberon[/name_u]!

With [name_u]Ash[/name_u] and [name_u]Asher[/name_u] being so popular right now, I think [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] is a perfect alternative! It’s fresh, modern, spunky, and is a surname so it really fits in. [name_u]Ashby[/name_u] is just the cutest!

I’m pretty neutral on [name_u]Auburn[/name_u]. I like the uniqueness off it and it has a cool sound but the lack of nicknames is a problem for me. I don’t like [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] for a boy since it’s pretty popular on girls. But that’s just me and personal preference. [name_u]Auburn[/name_u] reminds me of fall and the smell of old books. It makes me think of descriptive stories and orange trees. I like that about it. I also like pp suggestion of [name_u]Auberon[/name_u].

I love [name_u]Auburn[/name_u] :fallen_leaf: It’s so warm and autumnal, really beautiful imagery and I love that “Au” sound at the start of a name.

[name_u]Ashby[/name_u] is the name of a significant place in my life, so I can’t really see beyond that to a person’s name, sorry. I really love [name_u]Ash[/name_u], so in theory it works, but I just can’t separate it out in my mind!
