Assembling Some Boys Names- Need Your Help! :)

My husband and I plan on having two children, and we would like to have some names lined up to choose from. My husband is so picky about names though, so it can make this very difficult! Girls names seemed to come very easy for us. Here are our picks for girls-

[name]Cora[/name] [name]Annaliese[/name]
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Louisa[/name] ([name]Ivy[/name] [name]Lou[/name])
[name]Lily[/name] [name]Sophia[/name]

Boys names, however… not so easy. We only have one that we both really [name]LOVE[/name]-

[name]Merrick[/name] [name]Liam[/name]

Here is a list of more names we might like to use…

[name]Callen[/name]
[name]Jameson[/name]
[name]Everett[/name]
[name]Kade[/name]
[name]Finn[/name] (I love, but husband is VERY on the fence)
[name]Oakley[/name]
Learic
[name]Forrest[/name] (We loved this, but as soon as i brought up ‘run forrest run’, it was automatically off the list lol)

So as you can see, if we have two girls, we will probably be all set! But if we have two boys… not so much. So just wondering if we could get a little help with our boys names (first and middle combos that would go well with [name]Merrick[/name] [name]Liam[/name], and our girls options)

THANKS!

Well, your girls names are far more traditional than most of your boys choices.

You do have a lot of nature influence with [name]Ivy[/name] and [name]Lily[/name] as well as [name]Oakley[/name], [name]Forrest[/name], etc, what about something that has a bit of that feel?

[name]Drake[/name] [name]Everett[/name]
[name]Reid[/name] [name]Oakley[/name]
[name]Foster[/name] Learic
[name]Clayton[/name] [name]Finn[/name]
[name]Asher[/name] [name]Jameson[/name]
[name]Flint[/name] [name]Oakley[/name]

Great girl names! I really do think that [name]Merrick[/name] [name]Liam[/name] is a great name. from your list of other potentials how about: [name]Everett[/name] [name]Jameson[/name]? Since you don’t want the run forrest run connotation what about using [name]Forrest[/name] as a middle name? The rest of your boy names are great, I think they all would work except for Learic. Learic to me is extremely trendy and not a good choice, and think of how your child would feel when they are grown up and going to an interview. Would the name Learic be taken seriously?
