Maxwell Alaric I think [name_m]Maxwell[/name_m] is a classic but I prefer the spunky [name_u]Max[/name_u] and I can only see someone who is a ‘smart alec’ named [name_m]Alaric[/name_m] I would go for [name_u]Max[/name_u] [name_m]Alister[/name_m]
Milo Emmett If you go with [name_m]Miles[/name_m] [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] you have a strong English name. I feel that [name_m]Milo[/name_m] is out of place in this combo
August Flynn I love [name_u]Flynn[/name_u], it is very stylish and in vogue but I dislike [name_u]August[/name_u] and the nn of [name_u]Gus[/name_u], instead [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]/[name_u]Emmett[/name_u]
Theodore Boaz I love [name_u]Theo[/name_u] but find [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] too stiff and formal for my taste I prefer [name_m]Boaz[/name_m] in the first name spot

runners up; Ezra, Now [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is having its time in the sun and deservedly
Rowan I think it is a bit soft of a son but I love Ronan,

Gideon, I wax back and forth with [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] but today [name_m]Gideon[/name_m] loses out
Tristan, I love [name_u]Tristan[/name_u] and it reminds me of another favourite [name_m]Julian[/name_m]
Casper Too much ghost in this name perhaps with the spelling of [name_m]Kaspar[/name_m] it would be more acceptable otherwise I like [name_m]Cassian[/name_m]

Girls:
Juniper Maeve I only hear [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f] with this combo what about [name_f]Merida[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]?
Jemima Pearl This is a gorgeous combo and I hope that more and more people go for this stunning name
Viola Estelle She sounds like a very delicate, well bred young lady I would like to see a bit more spunk in the combo eg [name_f]Viola[/name_f] [name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
Verity Iris I love the name [name_f]Verity[/name_f] (here is a girl with presence!) I would like to see her paired with a frillier name eg [name_f]Verity[/name_f] [name_f]Susannah[/name_f]

Eleni, If you had [name_f]Helena[/name_f] on your list it would score big points
Daphne I am slowly beginning to see its charm but prefer [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] instead
Ivy, I dislike Ivy it reminds me of a weak woman who has no backbone ie clinging ivy
Primrose Sometimes in a three name combo [name_f]Primrose[/name_f] works in the middle but as a general rule this would be last on my list like [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f]

Would you consider swapping [name_m]Milo[/name_m] for [name_m]Miles[/name_m]?
I’m with dottipanda, [name_m]Evander[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] is way cooler, only because I like the 3 syllable first name combined with 1 syllable middle. Plus [name_u]Jude[/name_u] might be considered a little feminine here in Australia with all the Jacks and Olivers. Oooh I just thought of this, [name_u]Evan[/name_u] is a great nickname too!

[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] as a potential combo? [name_u]Theo[/name_u] is so cute. I also like [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] but spelled [name_u]Rohan[/name_u]. And similarly, [name_m]Ronan[/name_m] or [name_u]Owen[/name_u]. [name_u]Rowan[/name_u] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u] could be nice.

For girls I like [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] but not so much [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]. If it’s a family name then ok. I prefer [name_f]Violet[/name_f] to [name_f]Viola[/name_f]. I’ve had a little crush on the name [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] since the movie Chitty Chitty Bang bang, and of course there’s [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] Puddleduck

[name_u]Flynn[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u] is an awesome suggestion also, but i can’t get past [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]'s growing popularity here is Aus.

@erinm; i like [name_m]Miles[/name_m] but not nearly as much as i like [name_m]Milo[/name_m], and I don’t find the point of using [name_m]Miles[/name_m] just to get the nickname [name_m]Miles[/name_m]. I have also considered [name_m]Evander[/name_m] [name_u]Jude[/name_u] but DH has backed out of [name_m]Evander[/name_m] as a fist name and is strictly middle name basis sadly, but i agree [name_u]Evan[/name_u] or even [name_u]Van[/name_u] is such a cool nickname.

After reading all the comments again, I think I may add [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] as a first name option, and change my [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] combo to [name_f]Jemima[/name_f] [name_f]Primrose[/name_f]. Thanks again!
