My favorite with [name_f]Isla[/name_f] and [name_m]Grant[/name_m] is [name_m]Holden[/name_m] [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] and my second favorite is [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Brian[/name_m]. I personally love [name_m]Holden[/name_m] and [name_u]Emmett[/name_u].

[name_m]Calvin[/name_m] [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] easily gets my vote! I love it, and I lovelovelove [name_f]Isla[/name_f], [name_m]Grant[/name_m], and [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] together. Second choice would be [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] [name_m]Brian[/name_m] for me, but I don’t like it nearly so much.

So hard to pick between [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] and [name_m]Wesley[/name_m]! I love them both and they both sound great with your set.
I like [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] slightly more with [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] though, so that’s how I voted.
I like [name_m]Wes[/name_m] better than [name_u]Cal[/name_u] but Cakvin better than [name_m]Wesley[/name_m]- does that make sense? I wish I loved [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] or [name_m]Weston[/name_m] because I adore [name_m]Wes[/name_m] above all else!

To me, [name_m]Emil[/name_m] sounds intelligent and gentle whereas [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] sounds poverty-stricken.
I also think if we go with [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] we’d be much less likely to go by [name_u]Cal[/name_u], but if he’s [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] or [name_m]Weston[/name_m] I think he’d always he [name_m]Wes[/name_m].
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you see that as a drawback?
Would you be okay with having [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] on his birth certificate but pretty much always calling him [name_m]Wes[/name_m]?
[name_m]Wes[/name_m] goes great with your set and I agree that it’s a fab name.
Or what about just naming him [name_m]Wes[/name_m]?
Neither dh or I are ok naming him a nickname: [name_m]Wes[/name_m]. We feel he’d need a full name to stand behind. Though I think is call him [name_m]Wes[/name_m] I would want to really enjoy his full name also.
My mom (who hated isla’s name at first too!) said [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] sounded like a kid who would get beat up on the playground:-/
[name_u]Ever[/name_u] since she said that I have a hard time now seeing the -ley part of [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] as somewhat feminine.

My first thought of [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] is [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Bride[/name_f] (though I know it’s spelled [name_m]Westley[/name_m]). Followed by [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] Crusher from [name_f]Star[/name_f] Trek (who I totally had a crush on as a kid!). And I think of [name_m]Wes[/name_m] [name_m]Anderson[/name_m] and his creative movies. Nothing girly about it at all.
There are so many great masculine names that end in -ley - [name_u]Bentley[/name_u], [name_u]Bradley[/name_u], [name_u]Finley[/name_u], [name_m]Kingsley[/name_m], [name_u]Presley[/name_u], [name_u]Stanley[/name_u].
[name_m]Weston[/name_m] is great as well!
I probably wouldn’t use a nn as a full name either, but as a [name_u]Kimberly[/name_u] who goes exclusively by [name_u]Kim[/name_u] I really have no problem with being called exclusively by a nickname.

I actually hate the [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Bride[/name_f]!! It scared the crap out of me as a child and I still do not enjoy it…man, especially when they suck the life out of [name_m]Westley[/name_m]??? Not cool.

So I don’t like that people might connect his name with [name_f]Princess[/name_f] [name_f]Bride[/name_f] (though I may be the only person on earth who doesn’t like that movie 
[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] [name_u]Emmett[/name_u]! And it goes great with your other kids names too.
I second lovemysweeties assertions. [name_m]Holden[/name_m] and [name_u]Emmett[/name_u] both flow so well with the sibset. In my opinion, [name_m]Calvin[/name_m] doesn’t flow nearly as nicely. Either way you have some great contenders 
I also immediately think of princess bride when I hear [name_m]Wesley[/name_m]. [name_m]Holden[/name_m] gets my vote. [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_m]Holden[/name_m] but it would not flow with my boys.
[name_m]Holden[/name_m] I am on the fence about and need to read Catcher in the [name_m]Rye[/name_m] before I decide if he’s a worthy namesake.
