I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] goes best with her big brother! You could call her both [name_f]Elle[/name_f] and [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], I don’t see a need to choose just one nickname.

[name_f]My[/name_f] first choice is [name_u]Liam[/name_u] and [name_f]Mila[/name_f]! [name_f]Mila[/name_f] feels uncommon but well known, and has an international vibe which I like. [name_f]My[/name_f] second choice would be [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] with the nn [name_f]Elle[/name_f] as [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] is very common.
