I am trying to pick out three girl names that I absolutely love. I have picked out two and need help with the third. The two names I have chosen are [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Anabel[/name] (wdyt of this spelling?)!!
What do you all think about the name [name]Audrey[/name]? Does it go well with [name]Lucy[/name] and [name]Anabel[/name]?
I am also considering names like [name]Ada[/name], [name]Adeline[/name], [name]Emmeline[/name], and [name]Johanna[/name]. Any other suggestions?
From your list I like [name]Lucy[/name], [name]Anabel[/name], and [name]Emmeline[/name] or [name]Emmaline[/name] (not sure on spelling). [name]Audry[/name] fits the style but if these are for real children (assuming they are) I think it’s nice that they all have either different letters or the same letter. I prefer different letters. I might consider [name]Lucia[/name] or [name]Luciana[/name] nn. [name]Lucy[/name] for a more formal take on [name]Lucy[/name] with [name]Anabel[/name] and [name]Emmeline[/name]. I think all of these are lovely classic names.
I like [name]Emmeline[/name] spelled like this because it eliminates the nickname “[name]Emma[/name]” and allows the nickname [name]Emme[/name]/[name]Emmie[/name]/[name]Emmy[/name].
[name]Lucia[/name] and [name]Luciana[/name] have always been favorite names of mine, but I like the said “LOO-sha” and “LOO-she-ohna” and I’m afraid that would eliminate the nickname [name]Lucy[/name]. I am still considering both names and [name]Lucy[/name] as a nickname, though!
