Ava, Eva, Evangeline

I’m torn between which to use on my list. I love something about each one and dislike something about each one and I obviously can’t use them all!

[name]Ava[/name] - [name]Ava[/name] was on my list for years and I probably love it the most but it feels trendy. I don’t mind popularity but I’m afraid [name]Ava[/name] has lost her classiness and become all trendy and soon will be dated…

[name]Evangeline[/name] - this name makes me think of a beautiful ballerina and I love that image but does it stick out amongst my short and sweet list? [name]Even[/name] if I used the NN [name]Eva[/name], I’m afraid it’s too much name…

[name]Eva[/name] - this one seems to make the most sense for me. It’s like a combination of the other two and would honor three women in the family but its just missing something for me. Can anyone make me love [name]Eva[/name]?

Which do you prefer and why?

[name]Ava[/name]- I never liked the long a in it. [name]Just[/name] because it is trendy does not make it less classy though.
[name]Evangeline[/name]- It is gorgeous, and it does not stick out. Fantastic choice.
[name]Eva[/name]- Better than [name]Ava[/name], but it still does not do it for me.

Have you considered [name]Eve[/name]? It is chic and simple one syllable choice. Perhaps [name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name]/[name]Eve[/name]/[name]Evie[/name] (which is pretty darn cute)

My personal favorite is [name]Evangeline[/name] nn [name]Eva[/name], [name]Eve[/name], or [name]Evie[/name] for that matter. I love how elaborate [name]Evangeline[/name] is while maintaining charm and sophistication. Based on the names currently on your signature I think [name]Eva[/name] or [name]Ava[/name] may fit best for you.

I like [name]Eva[/name], simple and not as popular as [name]Ava[/name]!! :). GL

[name]Eva[/name].

[name]Eva[/name] is more gentle than [name]Ava[/name] and more timeless than [name]Evangeline[/name]. It’s international and can be pronounced differently depending upon where you are (it sounds like [name]Ava[/name] in many places, in fact), which I personally find quite fun. [name]Eva[/name] is feminine but far from fussy; she’s industrious and hard working yet delicate and graceful. Plus, nn [name]Evie[/name] is so precious. I do like [name]Ava[/name] too, but she’s more of a diva in my mind.

I love [name]Eva[/name], my fiance loves [name]Evangeline[/name]… both are great choices!
