I personally prefer [name_f]Ava[/name_f] but I think [name_f]Avie[/name_f] is a great compromise for you and your husband. If you both adore [name_f]Avie[/name_f] and feel it’s The One, go with it. If not, keep looking. I know how difficult, very difficult, it can be to find a name you both adore. If this isn’t it, you will eventually find it. Naming can be so stressful, yet fun.

I really prefer [name_f]Avie[/name_f]. I hear [name_f]Ava[/name_f] ALL the time. I know oodles. I would use [name_f]Avie[/name_f] or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f].

Thanks! I really do love [name_f]Avie[/name_f]…but worried about how it will age, and be pronounced!

[name_f]Avie[/name_f] is quite cute, but I do think pronunciation could be a problem, so I’d pick [name_f]Ava[/name_f].

We both really like it! I have three names that I love but just can’t pick between, and he is pretty neutral with the three of them.

I like [name_f]Avie[/name_f]! But it could easily be a nickname for [name_f]Ava[/name_f] (I end up adding ‘ie’ to everything when it comes to babies/kids!)

I’d prob go for [name_f]Ava[/name_f] or [name_f]Aveline[/name_f] nn [name_f]Avie[/name_f] personally. But I’d choose [name_f]Ava[/name_f] or [name_f]Avie[/name_f] over [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], which is the one I hear all the time. [name_f]Avie[/name_f] is so much more unique.

I do really love [name_f]Avie[/name_f] as a name on its own, but agree it sounds more like a nickname. I originally fell in love with [name_f]Ava[/name_f] but I’m worried about its popularity. I have never met anyone with the name [name_f]Avie[/name_f].
