Well, Avalanna [name]Routh[/name] was a six-year-old girl who lost her battle with a rare form of brain cancer and has raised awareness of it. It’s called AT/RT and I felt like she definitely made a difference in helping to raise money for research that may one day cure many children.
And yes, she was a [name]Justin[/name] Bieber fan. But that’s not really the point.
[name]Avalon[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name] is very… Arthurian to me. Mists and magic castles. Up to you if you prefer it.
It also unfortunately repeats its central sounds-- ava[name]LON[/name] eLANor.
There are some 30 cases of atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumors diagnosed in the US per year. They are highly malignant and very aggressive. Each case of course is an indescribable loss for the family in question… but do you feel that strongly about this particular subtype of CNS cancer that you would name your child after one of its sufferers, just to raise ‘awareness?’

And maybe the name isn’t exactly “for”, but “inspired by” the girl’s name.
I read this and thought that [name]Avalon[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] could be great twins. Similar in feel and yet distinctly different.
[name]Both[/name] in one name is a little much for me with the 3-3 feels odd - not bad, just well odd.
[name]Avalon[/name] [name]Rose[/name] and [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Maeve[/name] would be my alternative combo options for sisters.
I love the name [name]Avalon[/name], but I don’t think it flows very well with [name]Eleanor[/name]. I would switch it to [name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Avalon[/name].
I like the pairing [name]Avalon[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name]. It has a cadence that is appealing to me. [name]Avalon[/name] is a beachy place name to me ([name]Avalon[/name], NJ) and [name]Eleanore[/name] is my name so I like it. I think [name]Avalon[/name] [name]Eleanor[/name] is a very pretty combo.

I understand what you mean. A child who was brought to our attention has died. It’s sad. I couldn’t imagine losing a child. I think its sweet of you to commemorate her even in a small way. It shows that you have probably reached a higher level of moral development than most.
