[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Berries, I’m looking for a little inspiration with my [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] combo. I was going in circles with it a few months ago so I tried to drop it for a bit. I really want to use the second middle name [name_u]Lake[/name_u], it’s a very special name/word/place for my family and sort of honors us as a whole.
My struggle is with the first middle name, I am stuck. In my other combos I’ve used the classics [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] so I sort of feel as if I need another classic name with [name_f]Avalon[/name_f]. Actually, between [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] and [name_u]Lake[/name_u] a classic name is probably best, it will ground the combo. I need your suggestions! I’ve got a few combos I like but nothing that I really love.
Please help me find a name to fit into [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] ______ [name_u]Lake[/name_u]!

hkelsi - I did considered [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_u]Lake[/name_u] but decided [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is too similar to [name_f]Catherine[/name_f]. (In my 2nd combo in my siggy.)

I think of those two [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] [name_u]Lake[/name_u] is best. [name_f]IMO[/name_f] the name rhythm will work best if the first middle is another 3 syllable name with an emphasis on the first syllable (AV-a-lon DA-da-da [name_u]Lake[/name_u]). So [name_f]Cassia[/name_f] works, from other people’s suggestions things like [name_f]Cecily[/name_f], [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] also fit that pattern. You have some lovely combos, am sure this one will turn out beautifully

alberrypie - I do like the classic feel of [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] but not the name itself. I find myself attracted to names with Vs though, so that was a wonderful suggestion!
And I’ve been thinking about [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] [name_f]Carys[/name_f] [name_u]Lake[/name_u] - is it too uncommon between [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] and [name_u]Lake[/name_u]? I really think something classic is best in this spot but I love the name [name_f]Carys[/name_f].
What about [name_f]Avalon[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_u]Lake[/name_u]? Is [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] off limits on the middle with [name_f]Violet[/name_f] as a potential siblings first name?
