Awesome or terrible? (Sibsets you've heard)

Our church directory came out this week, and I was looking through it for names. I didn’t fall in love with any names I’d never seen before, but what I did notice were the sibsets. Some were great, some were terrible! So I’ll list some here! Comment on which ones you like/dislike and why AND/OR post some awesome or terrible sibsets you’ve heard!

Dislike:
[name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_f]Emersyn[/name_f]
[name_u]Gentry[/name_u] (boy) and [name_u]Brinley[/name_u]
[name_f]Aydyn[/name_f], [name_f]Aysa[/name_f], Briyley, [name_f]Braylyn[/name_f]
Kaili (girl) and Kailer (boy)
[name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Nicolle[/name_f]
Kynzi, [name_u]Skylar[/name_u], [name_m]Landyn[/name_m]
Jeyda and [name_f]Fallyn[/name_f]
[name_m]Kyler[/name_m], [name_u]Karson[/name_u], [name_f]Harmonie[/name_f], [name_f]Joely[/name_f], and [name_f]Liberty[/name_f]
[name_f]Myranda[/name_f], [name_u]Lyndsay[/name_u], [name_f]Kylee[/name_f]
Ascher, [name_m]Abram[/name_m], and [name_f]Emmi[/name_f]
[name_f]Mylee[/name_f] and Maycee

[name_m]Connor[/name_m], [name_f]McKenzie[/name_f], and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_u]Meredith[/name_u], and [name_u]Hadley[/name_u]
[name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m]
[name_m]Landon[/name_m], [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], and [name_m]Jacob[/name_m]

I would love [name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] for sibling boys. I have both names on my boys’ list.

[name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Nicolle[/name_f] - I personally would not use [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], or like the spelling they chose, but [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Nicolle[/name_f] make a decent sibling set.

[name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_u]Hadley[/name_u], and [name_m]Nolan[/name_m] - my favorite set, except for [name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] if they are boys.

[name_m]Landon[/name_m], [name_m]Andrew[/name_m], and [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] - Nice set, I have [name_m]Landon[/name_m] and [name_m]Jacob[/name_m] on my list.

Lately I’ve heard
[name_f]Norma/name_f-[name_u]Alex/name_u
[name_u]Bailey/name_u-[name_m]Connor/name_m
[name_f]Gillian/name_f-[name_u]Abby/name_u
[name_f]Persephone[/name_f]-[name_m]Alexander[/name_m]/[name_u]Alex[/name_u]
[name_f]Bella[/name_f]-[name_f]Libby[/name_f]-[name_m]Joe/name_m
[name_u]Jo/name_u-[name_f]Ann[/name_f]-[name_f]Veronica[/name_f]/ronnie
[name_u]Rory/name_u-neavah
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f]-emma-[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]
[name_m]Connor[/name_m]-raiden

Heard a [name_f]Hope[/name_f] and [name_f]Faith[/name_f] yesterday…So twee and themey! Wasn’t a fan at all.

Sibsets I like:
[name_u]Spencer[/name_u] & [name_u]Avery[/name_u] (Niece & Nephew)
[name_u]Bo[/name_u]/[name_m]Beau[/name_m] & [name_u]Drew[/name_u] (Twin boys/my niece’s playground friends. Not sure if [name_u]Bo[/name_u] is a nickname or not)
[name_m]Ethan[/name_m] & [name_u]Noah[/name_u] (playground friends)
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] & [name_u]Emerson[/name_u] (Screenwriter/Director [name_f]Shonda[/name_f] Rhymes’ daughters-love this pair)
[name_f]Symphony[/name_f] & [name_m]Cyrus[/name_m] ([name_f]Sister[/name_f] & Brother-TV characters, [name_f]Symphony[/name_f] is whimsical and lively but not something I would ever use)

[name_f]My[/name_f] daughter has a friend named Kenme and her older sister is named [name_u]Kenya[/name_u]…

[name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_f]Emersyn[/name_f] were girls. [name_f]My[/name_f] problem with [name_f]Noelle[/name_f] and [name_f]Nicolle[/name_f] was that they were too similar and it was even worse because of the double L spellings. I don’t like super “matchey” sibsets. Which is also why I disliked [name_u]Addison[/name_u] and [name_f]Emersyn[/name_f]- the son/syn ending.

[name_f]My[/name_f] neighbor has four daughters, [name_f]Maisy[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Millie[/name_f] and [name_f]Maya[/name_f]
I think it’s terrible :stuck_out_tongue:

Here’s a couple good ones I’ve run across!
Madry & [name_m]Gianni[/name_m]
[name_f]Anneka[/name_f] & [name_u]Ballard[/name_u]
[name_f]Luci[/name_f] & [name_m]Leo[/name_m]
[name_u]Addison[/name_u] & [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] & [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]
[name_f]Karis[/name_f] & [name_m]Tobias[/name_m]

[name_f]My[/name_f] family has a tradition of having sib sets that all begin with the same letter. Sometimes it gets confusing for the parents, but I like that all the names have something in common or connecting them.

[name_f]Marcie[/name_f], [name_f]Margie[/name_f], and [name_u]Mason[/name_u]
[name_m]Damen[/name_m], [name_u]Dannah[/name_u], and [name_u]Dane[/name_u]
[name_m]Kent[/name_m], [name_m]Keith[/name_m], [name_f]Katelyn[/name_f], and [name_m]Kurtis[/name_m]

To be honest, I always dreamed of three little girls all starting with the letter A. But, if they’re too similar it doesn’t work as well and just gets too confusing. But, all of my favorite names start with the letter A. Like [name_f]Analeigh[/name_f], [name_f]Arabella[/name_f], and [name_f]Ariana[/name_f]. And I also like [name_f]Seraphina[/name_f] and [name_f]Celestia[/name_f] together in a sibset. But that’s just me, other people may find it too matchy or planned.

I met an [name_m]Angus[/name_m] and an [name_m]Oscar[/name_m].
