How would you spell a name that sounds like the first and last letters of the alphabet: AZ?

As in AY-zee or ay-ZEE? I’d go with Azie or Azy, I suppose.

I like the look of Aizy the best, and I think it’d be easy to assume uow it’s pronounced looking at it.
