So for our girl twin, me and hubby have finally come down to two names! [name]Cordelia[/name] and [name]Aziza[/name]…however we have recently fell in love with the name [name]Azalea[/name]. To me and my husband this is kind of a compromise as it has properties from both [name]Aziza[/name] and [name]Cordelia[/name].
Also another thing that makes it attractive to us is the fact that in 2011 not 1 baby was named [name]Azalea[/name]- (we live in British [name]Columbia[/name], [name]Canada[/name])!!! We really couldn’t believe it but it has made me and hubby want to use it even more.
We do want to know what others will think of it! [name]Do[/name] you think it goes well with our other daughters (look in the signature). What do you honestly think of [name]Azalea[/name]??
[name]Milena[/name] [name]Echo[/name] and [name]Rosalind[/name] [name]Iseult[/name] are beautiful names! Their sister will need a name as equally lovely.
[name]Milena[/name], [name]Rosalind[/name], and [name]Cordelia[/name] are excellent as sisters. They’re all a little frilly, very elegant, and somewhat quirky. [name]Azalea[/name] does have that same vibe to a certain extent. I guess my issue is that [name]Rosalind[/name] and [name]Azalea[/name] are both so flowery, while [name]Milena[/name] isn’t. Below are some combos I really like given your middle name list.
I love [name]Azalea[/name]. I see it suggested less than [name]Cordelia[/name] on these boards which makes me like it even more. I like [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Selene[/name] too. Also like [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Serene[/name]…
[name]Azalea[/name] [name]Niamh[/name] and [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Calypso[/name] also sound really pretty.
I love [name]Azalea[/name]! It’s been a favorite of mine for years, and as far as flower names go, it’s so refreshing. Stylistically it’s a bit different from [name]Milena[/name] and [name]Rosalind[/name], but I still really love it, and I think it’ll mesh well, especially with adding either [name]Dorian[/name] or [name]Alasdair[/name] in there.
I love so many of your MN choices, too… I think [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Niamh[/name], [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Daphne[/name], [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Calliope[/name], and [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Lorelei[/name] are my favorites, but I absolutely love [name]Ariadne[/name]. I’m just not sure I love [name]Azalea[/name] [name]Ariadne[/name]… it seems like it should be switched, [name]Ariadne[/name] [name]Azalea[/name]. Although I’m not sure why. Maybe just because I love [name]Ariadne[/name] so much.
[name]Love[/name] [name]Aziza[/name] and dislike [name]Cordelia[/name]. [name]Azalea[/name] is a great compromise but I agree with agirlinred about the flower theme with [name]Rosalind[/name].
