Babies born in Georgia

At the risk of fulfilling all of your negative stereotypes about the South, here’s a list of babies recently born in [name]Augusta[/name] (couldn’t find a list for [name]Atlanta[/name], where I live). There were a few gems amongst all the yooneek spellings and celebrity names.

The boring, bad, or just plain mean:

[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Madalyn[/name]
[name]Taylor[/name] [name]Morgan[/name] (yawn)
[name]Cayden[/name] [name]Carlito[/name] (I have to admit, this is fun to say)
[name]Kyndall[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]
[name]Morgan[/name] [name]Skyler[/name]-[name]Monique[/name]
[name]Madison[/name] [name]Avery[/name]
[name]Jesse[/name] [name]James[/name] (not kidding)
Maddyline [name]MaryBeth[/name]
Nadiyah [name]Kimora[/name]
[name]Maggie[/name] [name]Khloe[/name]
LeiLand [name]James[/name] ([name]Leland[/name] [name]James[/name] would have been cute! So close!)

The gems

[name]Harper[/name] [name]Adele[/name] (I know a gazillion little Harpers in these parts. I think it’s the next [name]Taylor[/name])
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Saylor[/name] [name]Kate[/name] (would never ever use this, but it’s kind of cute)
[name]Jeremiah[/name] [name]Roosevelt[/name] (awesome)
[name]William[/name] [name]James[/name]

Aw, I love [name]Harper[/name] [name]Adele[/name] (though of course I would have preferred [name]Adele[/name] [name]Harper[/name])!

Wow, poor little [name]Jesse[/name]. Isn’t that what Diddy Combs named one of his twin (girls!) though?

[name]Sophia[/name] [name]Madalyn[/name] is really too bad…they were so close! [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] would have been popular but beautiful…

Thanks for posting!!

Maddyline looks incomplete, but Madddddyline is glorious.

LeiLand [name]James[/name]: So close to [name]Leland[/name], yet so far away…

Because I’ve seen plenty of ridiculous [name]Madeline[/name] spellings, I’m sadly immune to them now, but that LeiLand creation really hurt. As I read it, a dog outside started wailing loudly.

Thanks for sharing, [name]Olive[/name]!

I second the yawn on [name]Taylor[/name] [name]Morgan[/name]! I think [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Jane[/name], however, will be a breath of fresh air for teachers all of her life.

“And you name is?”
“[name]Samantha[/name], Miss.”
“And you spell that?”
“Oh, really? Are you sure? No Ys? No unneccessatly double letters? Random capitalisation?”
“No, Miss, just [name]Samantha[/name].”
“Oh, praise the [name]Lord[/name]!”
