Called my OB today and no problems. The receptionist ordered bloodwork for me, I have an appointment to do it at the hospital next week. She said I’ll see my doctor for the first time at 10 or 11 weeks, right after my first ultrasound. And if there are any issues with HCG levels they’ll do repeat bloodwork. Feeling very relieved that’s dealt with and I can stop calling clinics! 5 weeks tomorrow so just waiting on the bloodwork now. The line on the pregnancy test is now darker than the control line which is pretty cool. So hopefully everything is going well. We also caved and told the kids already (even though we had planned to wait), so hopefully that doesn’t turn out to be a mistake. I was a bit worried about incessant questions, but they’ve been fine about it, so far so good.
