Babies Due January-March 2016

[name_m]Just[/name_m] keeping these threads going! I was fortunate enough to be in the [name_u]Jan[/name_u]-[name_f]Mar[/name_f] 2014 group, and I’m hoping to be in this one too!

[name_u]Baby[/name_u] Dust to everyone TTC!

[name_m]Just[/name_m] giving this a little bump to see if there are any takers yet

Thanks for starting this, @babylove!

If anyone’s nervous about joining up first, I’m over in the [name_f]October[/name_f]-[name_u]December[/name_u] group right now with a doctor-estimated due date of [name_u]December[/name_u] 27, but I’m pretty sure when I have my first scan in a few weeks I’ll be moved back to [name_u]January[/name_u], so I’ll happily talk here as well!

Here is a list of members due January - March! I have only added those members who have said they’d like to be added to the list. If you’d like to be added, leave a comment with your due date and I’ll be sure to add you. Can’t wait to get to know everyone!

Hey babylove, I’m here from the [name_u]Jan[/name_u]-[name_f]Mar[/name_f] 14 thread, too. Cautiously expecting mid-late [name_u]January[/name_u] '16. Not very sure about dates, as my cycles have been wonky since resuming PP. I probably won’t find out my estimated due date until mid-late [name_u]June[/name_u] after my first appointment

@tk- that’s awesome!! Congrats!! What month was your first born in? I’m excited to (hopefully) have two close in age, but it will definitely have its challenges! Isn’t it crazy how fast the babies have grown into toddlers?!

@northernlights- congrats again, and nice to see you here!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] all! I’d love to join! It would be great to chat here, since we’re probably not announcing for another 8 - 9 weeks. My tentative due date is [name_u]Jan[/name_u] 31st (though that may change when I go in for my first ultrasound on 6.25.) Regardless, I’ll definitely be in the [name_u]Jan[/name_u]-[name_u]March[/name_u] 2016 window!

I’m 5 weeks and 1 day today and very anxious to get to that first ultrasound! It seems forever away. So far, symptoms aren’t too bad other than crazy moodiness last week (seems mostly gone now thank god) and sore breasts. [name_m]How[/name_m] is everyone else doing?

Congrats northern lights and maureenmce!

babylove, my son was born mid-February of 14, so he’ll be around a month shy of 2 when baby #3 is born.

Hello! We’re expecting our first in [name_u]January[/name_u]/February. The official due date is [name_u]January[/name_u] 29. I’m so excited but we’re not really telling people for another two months, which seems like forever, so it’s nice to have a board here.

Hey ladies - how are you all doing? I’m feeling okay so far (5 weeks, 3 days) other than being tired and having a kind of unsettled stomach. However, last night I had to go to a work happy hour (obviously didn’t drink) but it was kind of terrible because I realized I’d forgotten to take my prenatals during lunch and had them with just water at the bar and it really upset my stomach. Plus, the bar was connected to a cigar bar and even though it was in a separate room with a closed door, I finally had to leave early because I felt like I was going to puke from the smell.

Luckily, everyone from my office was drinking enough to not notice or care that I only had soda water with lime and left early, haha. I am just dreading having to go to more of these before I tell everyone (around week 12 or 13, I’m guessing.) They are basically weekly events that are difficult to get out of because they’re some of the only times I have face to face time with my boss (which is extremely important so we can touch base on things we’re forced to text or email about the rest of the week.)

Anyway, anyone else faced with similar work complications at the moment? I just can’t wait to know the baby is okay and tell everyone!

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] everyone, I just found out yesterday that I’m pregnant! Estimated due date of February 5th so I’m not very far along. I’ve been feeling crampy but I’ve read that is normal. I really can’t believe my test was positive. I took two tests at home & both were very faint positives but I felt like I was about to get my period. So I went to have blood work done at the OB office yesterday morning and I found out yesterday afternoon. And I left town yesterday after my lab draw & I won’t be home until [name_m]Saturday[/name_m] to tell the hubs.

Oh! And I’m in a wedding [name_u]June[/name_u] 20th and everyone will notice I’m not drinking. I’m not ready for that!

Congrats, [name_f]Lainy[/name_f]! [name_m]How[/name_m] funny, I’m going to a wedding on the 20th too! And yes, everyone will notice I’m not drinking either and I’m also not ready for that! I’m thinking of mocktail ideas and such.

Anyway, congrats and good luck w the wedding secrecy!

I don’t know how to hide it, I’m a beer girl! I guess I could dump one out and put water in it lol.

Ooh, I like seeing this thread getting busy!

I’m 10 weeks tomorrow, going off my estimated [name_u]January[/name_u] 2 due date (again, the doctor seems to think I’m due [name_u]December[/name_u] 27, but that’s only 39 weeks by my count!), which is crazy. Getting past the sickness stage though I still get really nauseous after getting out of the car/off the bus (not really while moving, just after stopping!). I’m also still really repulsed by any kind of meat and have been living on fruits and vegetables the last few weeks. Slowly reintroducing bread, and had some beans last night which went down well for protein. Ugh! But really past the worst of it.

@maureenmce - I didn’t have the drinking thing for work, but I did have to tell my boss two weeks ago as we have this huge assessment thing that’s been scheduled the day of my first scan! So frustrating having to tell early, but she was so supportive. Good luck – maybe they’ll just keep not noticing.

Congrats, @lainy!

Hello and congratulations to all!

I may or may not belong in this group…my guess is that I’m about 10 weeks, but with my cycles being SO irregular, it’s impossible to say for sure until my dating scan on [name_u]June[/name_u] 9th. But, I think I’d be due the first week of [name_u]January[/name_u] (best guess).

We still aren’t telling people, just my parents know so far. The hardest part so far has been keeping quiet about it when we are both SO excited (sometimes “morning” sickness takes the lead for the hardest part though).

Well anyway, I’m very excited to be here, and hopefully this is the group for me!

Congrats to everyone! I’m glad this thread is started too - not telling anybody is hard!

I also had to tell my boss already, I work in xray and have to declare pregnancy for safety reasons, they have to order a special device that monitors the amount of radiation the baby is exposed to. Luckily I found out early so I can be extra cautious.

Hey there everyone! I am hopping over here to officially join! Got my BFP today! Going in tomorrow and then again Friday to make sure levels are rising good!

I am super excited but also suddenly very nervous! I worry about how my 15 month old, [name_u]Jem[/name_u], will adjust. Especially right now if my milk supply tanks (he still nurses twice a day and sometimes at night) or if I won’t be able to interact with him as much if I have morning sickness or am exhausted! And I worry about sharing my love, time and attention. I was an only child so this is uncharted territory for me here!!!

Symptoms so far are nausea, exhaustion and awful food aversions. Nothing at all sounds good! Except Popsicles!

Congratulations everyone! Babylove14, I have a 15 month old small man too - [name_m]EDD[/name_m] for me is 24th Feb (just got my BFP yesterday) and [name_m]Rufus[/name_m]’ 2nd birthday is [name_u]March[/name_u] 3rd so I’ve got similar concerns to you! Hoping for a cool-ish summer and that first tri exhaustion doesn’t impact on him too much…

Slightly irritated that I’ve fallen just as the wedding season starts - doh! And wondering how I’ll cope on our holiday to the south of [name_f]France[/name_f] (by train ”) in a couple of weeks but otherwise very VERY excited. X

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] all! Nice to see some more people joining the group! Sorry for my absence, work has been SO stressful and I’ve been so nauseous I haven’t done much of anything besides working and sleeping. I’ve seriously been nauseous all day, every day, no matter what for the last 2 weeks. (I’m 7 weeks, 3 days today.)

I’m hoping the old wives’ tale about a sick pregnancy meaning a healthy baby is true, haha! I have my first ultrasound in a week and 1 day and I can’t wait! It’ll be so great to see the little one who is causing all this nausea, haha.

And ladies with toddlers, I don’t know how you do it! I was just thinking today how hard that would be. I can barely get through a day of work, let alone taking care of another little one. Very impressed with all of you in that situation.

I’m a first time mom, so I’m hoping everything will magically improve once the first trimester is over, because it’s been rough on me so far! Good health to everyone!

@maureenmce - Ugh, I feel for you! Weeks 6 and 7 were the worst for me for nausea. Same thing – nausea all day, every day. It mostly went away the following week, only coming on if I didn’t eat often enough (having lots of snacks throughout the day really helped me, at least once I could get something down!). I was perfect Week 10 and then the last week or so I’ve been having nausea come in waves again, but I think it’s partially due to stress which can apparently trigger it.

Anyway, it does get better! I know what you mean about worrying about when there’s a toddler in the picture. I spent most of my time at home those terrible weeks laying on the couch feeling miserable. I can’t imagine having to run around after a toddler too!

[name_f]Welcome[/name_f], @claireelise, @babylove, and @tillytally! So excited for you!

I have my 12-week scan (which is also my first scan!) TOMORROW and I’m so excited/nervous about it! I’ll let everyone know how it goes. Hopefully I’ll get a due date confirmed, but I bet I’ll keep straddling the [name_f]October[/name_f]-[name_u]December[/name_u] and [name_u]January[/name_u]-[name_u]March[/name_u] groups regardless of what the tech says.
