Bumping for more feedback

I voted for [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], as it is the one of the six that I personally prefer, however, with brother [name_m]Evander[/name_m] and surname ‘Colousee’ I think [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] might work a lot better.

[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] and [name_m]Evander[/name_m] sound great together, although I don’t love [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] Colousee. I think [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] would worked much better. You have a lovely list of names, so I think whichever one you pick will sound lovely.

[name_m]Evander[/name_m] & [name_u]Dagny[/name_u] have a mysterious, mythical vibe I adore, but objectively I like [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] best.

I voted [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f], I think it works with your last name and makes a nice sibset with [name_m]Evander[/name_m]. [name_m]Evander[/name_m] and [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f].

So, I voted for [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] but I also adore [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f].
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] is pretty much a perfect name as far as I’m concerned!
I wanted to use it but my dh said it sounded to similar to “[name_m]Elijah[/name_m]” when said out loud though I don’t hear that…anyway, I’d love to see someone else use it and [name_f]Liza[/name_f] & [name_u]Van[/name_u] would be a darling set!

I voted [name_u]Dagny[/name_u]. It is one of my all time favourite names (along with [name_u]Artemis[/name_u]) and I will certainly be using it if I have a daughter. I also think it sounds beautiful with [name_m]Evander[/name_m]: both are strong but gentle names.

Great feedback everyone. You are giving me a lot to think about. I love [name_f]Eliza[/name_f], hubby only just likes it, but he prefers its meaning over the others. We both love [name_u]Dagny[/name_u], whose meaning is appropriate as this will likely be a [name_m]New[/name_m] Year’s [name_u]Baby[/name_u]. He wants to use [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] but I think mainly so he can use the nn [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]… I’m so over the name [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. He doesn’t know how overused it is. [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] honors my gram and her mother. [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] was my gram’s grandmother. [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is a family name on my hubby’s side.

I’ll show him your feedback and see what

*he thinks

I voted for [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] based on saying all of the names out loud with ‘co-[name_u]LOU[/name_u]-see’ as the surname. I really like [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] and [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], especially with [name_m]Evander[/name_m], but didn’t like their rhythms with your surname.

[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] (I actually love the sound of [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] Colousee) assuming you don’t care about repeating first initials. I think [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] nn [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] might be the best of both worlds for you. After the two E names, I think [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] is the next best choice–[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] feels too tame next to [name_m]Evander[/name_m] and I’ve never been able to see the appeal of [name_u]Dagny[/name_u].

[name_m]Evander[/name_m] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] sound great together

I would also avoid the names that end in the “ee” sound, since they sound kind of rhyme-y with your last name (but I do so love Elodie!).

I voted for Dagny – it’s pretty much just awesome with big brother Van!

Edit: Duh, I just realized that Dagny also ends with “ee.” I just love it, though!

First of all I really love your boy’s name!
I’m not a fan of alliterating sibling-names so [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] and [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] are out to me, even though they’re both lovely names.
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] is a beautiful classic but a bit bland next to [name_m]Evander[/name_m], and I’ve never heard [name_u]Dagny[/name_u] before and I don’t really know what to think of it, so I’d go for [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f]. [name_m]Evander[/name_m] and [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] sound wonderful together and [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] works well with your surname as well!

[name_m]Evander[/name_m] & [name_u]Dagny[/name_u] are my favorite . Gorgeous sibset !!

This made me laugh!

We do like [name_u]Dagny[/name_u] very much.

From all the feedback, we are eliminating [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] from the list. It might make the mn spot. Being able to eliminate a name makes me feel productive, like we might actually be able to pick one eventually (soon?)

All of your feedback is so helpful, and hubby agrees

I actually don’t like [name_f]Annabelle[/name_f] with [name_m]Evander[/name_m] since they both have the ‘an’ syllable. I voted for [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] because it’s edgier, but I do like the sound of [name_f]Catherine[/name_f] ‘Colluso’.
