Baby #2

SOOO EXCITED! We just found out this morning we are expecting again!!! It is still sinking in! Now I am on the hunt for a perfect, stylish, trendy but not overly popular girl’s name! (We have the boy name sorted)

Names we like:
[name]Milly[/name]
[name]Acacia[/name] (I like it hes not sure)
[name]Cassidy[/name]
[name]Adelaide[/name] (I like it)
[name]Milena[/name] (I like it)

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! We have a one syllable last name starting with S so a longer first name is preferred. Also no names starting with S or R.

From your list I like [name]Acacia[/name] and [name]Milena[/name].
[name]How[/name] about… [name]Aurora[/name], [name]Marina[/name], [name]Vivienne[/name], [name]Louisa[/name], [name]India[/name], [name]Natalia[/name], [name]Hazel[/name], [name]Athena[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], or [name]Emery[/name]?

Congratulations!!!
From your list I like [name]Adelaide[/name] best with [name]Sienna[/name]
Looking at you list I’m not sure how [name]Milena[/name] and [name]Sienna[/name] go together, they sound a little matchy to me?
I adore the name [name]Cassidy[/name]!

Other names I like with [name]Sienna[/name] are:
[name]Aubrey[/name]
[name]Imogen[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name]
[name]Victoria[/name]

I like [name]Acacia[/name].
I don’t think that [name]Milena[/name] and [name]Sienna[/name] go together so well, as they sound very similar as [name]Jazz[/name] said above.

Thanks heaps for all of your thoughts and suggestions! I hadnt thought about [name]Milena[/name] and [name]Sienna[/name] being similar!! We love the name [name]Milly[/name] but would rather use it as a nickname but the trouble is we dont like any of the long versions! [name]Adelaide[/name], [name]Cassidy[/name] and [name]Acacia[/name] are my top picks (apart from [name]Milly[/name]) but the hubby only likes [name]Cassidy[/name] but we are both not sold on it as it can be a unisex name

Some more suggestions
[name]Adalia[/name]
[name]Aviva[/name]
[name]Mila[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name]

[name]Cassandra[/name] nn [name]Cassie[/name]
[name]Marilla[/name] nn [name]Rilla[/name]
[name]Mildred[/name] nn [name]Milly[/name]
[name]Amelia[/name] nn [name]Milly[/name]
[name]Mila[/name] nn [name]Milly[/name] or just [name]Mila[/name]
[name]Camilla[/name] nn [name]Milly[/name]
Malificent nn [name]Milly[/name]
[name]Margaret[/name] nn [name]Milly[/name]

My favorites are [name]Acacia[/name] and [name]Cassidy[/name].
[name]Acacia[/name] is beautiful and exotic, [name]Cassidy[/name] is energetic and fun-loving.

From your list, I think [name]Adelaide[/name] is the nicest name and the best fit. I wouldn’t go with [name]Milly[/name] as a given name, but if you can identify a formal name for which [name]Milly[/name] is a nickname, it could still work. I’m not a fan of unisex names, so I wouldn’t go with [name]Cassidy[/name]. [name]Acacia[/name] may be a nice name, but I think it comes with some pronunciation difficulties. I adore [name]Milena[/name] and think it would allow you to use the nickname [name]Milly[/name], but fear it may be a little similar to [name]Sienna[/name].

I like [name]Acacia[/name] and [name]Cassidy[/name]. [name]Love[/name] [name]Sienna[/name] [name]Hollie[/name]

Thanks!

I hadnt thought of [name]Adalia[/name] I will have to run it past my hubby!
Not keen on [name]Cassandra[/name] or any of the longer names for milly sorry! Theyre either old fashioned e.g [name]Millicent[/name] or popular e.g [name]Amelia[/name] or [name]Emily[/name].
I too love [name]Milena[/name] but from what lots of you have said it doesnt fit with [name]Sienna[/name] plus the hubby doesnt like it so much so guess that ones off the list. I just dont feel entirely settled on a name and I know I have like another 7ish months to figure it out its still guna bug me til I find our perfect name. It took us ages to find and agree on [name]Sienna[/name], hope this one doesnt take so long. Although thinking about baby names is rather fun especially now that theres actually a baby on the way!!!Eeeek still really excited! Sorry for rambling haha!

I like [name]Acacia[/name], [name]Adelaide[/name] and [name]Milena[/name] (nn [name]Milly[/name]). I’d like to say I like [name]Cassidy[/name], but I just don’t. It’s just [i]too] surnamey for me.

Suggestions:
[name]Emilia[/name]/[name]Emiliana[/name]
[name]Juniper[/name]/[name]Junia[/name]
[name]Daniella[/name]
[name]Julia[/name]
[name]Marigold[/name]
[name]Celeste[/name]
[name]Emmeline[/name]

Other names can get to [name]Milly[/name], including:

[name]Camille[/name]
[name]Camilla[/name]
[name]Marilla[/name]
[name]Amaryllis[/name]

[name]Adelaide[/name] is the best on your list!

[name]Millicent[/name] could be used if you wanted to have [name]Millie[/name] as a nn.
