Currently expecting baby #3, due in mid-March! Our first two children are named [name\_f]Mary[/name\_f] [name\_f]Claire[/name\_f] and [name\_m]Jack[/name\_m] [name\_m]Peregrine[/name\_m]- neither is double barreled, that’s first and middle. We aren’t finding out the gender this time around, so we have to decide on a boy’s name _and_ a girl’s name! Below are what we’ve been thinking of, but I’m open to suggestions, especially for middle names. Surname is short, two syllables, ends in -y. Boys - [name\_m]Augustine[/name\_m] (this is our top choice right now) - Husband likes the nickname [name\_m]Gus[/name\_m], I like [name\_m]Auggie[/name\_m]. I don’t mind him having different nicknames. - [name\_m]Everett[/name\_m] (this was our top choice for a while, dropped to #2) - Nicknamed [name\_m]Rhett[/name\_m], probably - [name\_m]Francis[/name\_m] - [name\_m]Frank[/name\_m] - [name\_m]Clark[/name\_m] Girls - WAY harder, please hit me with suggestions! - [name\_f]Alice[/name\_f] (husband likes this one, it just doesn’t click for me the same way, but right now it’s the top) - [name\_f]Clara[/name\_f] - [name\_f]Jane[/name\_f] We are Catholic so [saint names](https://nameberry.com/list/1011/saint-names) are a plus but not essential. --- _[View the full topic](https://forum.nameberry.com/t/baby-3-help-honest-opinions/484914)._
