[name_f]Annabel[/name_f] [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] arrived yesterday safe and sound. We are so blessed to have her!
Welcomed by mom and dad and siblings: [name_f]Miriam[/name_f] [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], Cowen [name_m]Timothy[/name_m], [name_f]Emeline[/name_f] [name_f]Beckie[/name_f], [name_m]Eli[/name_m] [name_m]Wilford[/name_m], [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] Franceszka, [name_m]Oskar[/name_m] [name_m]John[/name_m], and [name_f]Clover[/name_f] [name_f]Mildred[/name_f].
We picked [name_f]Annabel[/name_f] because it felt like such a happy, bouncy, sprightly name. We also liked that it is a Scottish name as my husband’s family is Scottish in heritage. That is also why we used the Scottish spelling. [name_f]Sofia[/name_f] is a family name (all my children’s middle names are) from a Danish several greats-grandmother, [name_f]Hannah[/name_f] [name_f]Sofia[/name_f]. We love that her name represents my husband’s side of the family with [name_f]Annabel[/name_f], and my Danish side with the spelling and choice of [name_f]Sofia[/name_f]. Since this is our last baby, we liked that she tied us all together.
