I love, love, love [name_f]Layla[/name_f], especially with that spelling. [name_f]Layla[/name_f] & [name_m]Xander[/name_m] are splendid.
I teach high school and would never name a girl anything with “lay” in it.
I voted for [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_f]Anika[/name_f]. I love all three of these names but my heart really belongs to [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] despite it’s not nice meaning. Also I think most berries will find [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] sorta passe and I respect that. But, I’ve loved this name since childhood so I have to throw it a vote!
Aside from [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. [name_m]Xander[/name_m] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] have a nice clean sound to them. 
I would stay far away from [name_f]Layla[/name_f]. [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] maybe.

I voted for [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. I personally love the name and I think it works best next to [name_m]Xander[/name_m].

[name_f]Layla[/name_f] - beautiful, delicate, but seeming lackluster to me at this point in time
[name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] - dated
[name_f]Anika[/name_f] - unique but known…like [name_m]Xander[/name_m]. I think [name_m]Xander[/name_m] & [name_f]Anika[/name_f] make the best pairing. They compliment each other well.
[name_f]Ivy[/name_f] - another beautiful name, but I see it thrown out on nearly every Nameberry thread…so I think it’s trending a bit this year. I’d prefer [name_f]Iris[/name_f]. [name_m]Xander[/name_m] & [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is cool.
[name_f]Kaia[/name_f] - I like this one a lot. I think it’s a tiny bit modern and edgy which makes is a good match for [name_m]Xander[/name_m].
[name_f]Viviana[/name_f] - In love with this name. Decadent, romantic, powerful. Lush. [name_m]Xander[/name_m] & [name_f]Viviana[/name_f] are both imposing names. They sound like leaders.
I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] with [name_m]Xander[/name_m], if you’re going for a preppy vibe.
But my favorite would be [name_f]Caia[/name_f] (I prefer this spelling, but I would understand anyone’s hesitation to use it, as it’s not a very intuitive spelling for pronunciation).
[name_f]Caia[/name_f] and [name_m]Xander[/name_m] have an old world/historic sound. I like that.

My top suggestions are [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Anika[/name_f], and [name_f]Viviana[/name_f]. Out of those I like [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] and [name_m]Xander[/name_m] most. [name_m]Xander[/name_m] and [name_f]Anika[/name_f]/[name_f]Viviana[/name_f] clash, I think. [name_f]Kaia[/name_f], while a lovely name, I much prefer spelled [name_f]Caia[/name_f]. All four of them are great, though, so I don’t think you can go wrong with either.
I’ve ruled out [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] and [name_f]Layla[/name_f]. I would avoid [name_f]Layla[/name_f], because there are just so many names that have a stronger history and classier image out there, including the rest of your list. [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] I like with [name_m]Xander[/name_m], but don’t love in general.
I voted for [name_f]Layla[/name_f] it’s a really pretty name!
[name_f]IMO[/name_f], either [name_m]Xander[/name_m] and [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] or [name_m]Xander[/name_m] and [name_f]Anika[/name_f] sound the best together. [name_f]Viviana[/name_f] or [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] would be fine, but I don’t love them with [name_m]Xander[/name_m]. I think [name_f]Layla[/name_f] and [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u] are too soft for [name_m]Xander[/name_m].
[name_m]Xander[/name_m] is a contemporary take on the name [name_m]Alexander[/name_m]. I voted for [name_f]Layla[/name_f] and [name_f]Kaia[/name_f] although I do prefer other spellings for these names ([name_f]Leila[/name_f] and [name_f]Caia[/name_f]). I think these two names share that modern vibe.
I like [name_f]Layla[/name_f] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f].
[name_f]Layla[/name_f] and [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] are my picks, as well as [name_f]Anika[/name_f].
Thanks everyone! The poll seems like a big tie for all names with the exception of [name_u]Cassidy[/name_u]. Kind of the situation we are in a big 5 way tie!
