At 9:59am this morning, my sister had her second child and my first niece. Her and her boyfriend named her [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f]. Her older brother calls her [name_f]Bella[/name_f] (he can’t really get to grips with the [name_u]Isa[/name_u] part).
She is absolutely beautiful and I swoon every time I say her name. Funnily enough, before [name_u]Noah[/name_u] was born (her first child), [name_u]Noah[/name_u] was my favourite boy name. And before [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] was born, [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] was my favourite girl name (and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] was the combo…) Safe to say when it’s my turn, my kids will be nameless as all my nieces and nephews will have my favourite names.
Congrats. It’s funny how you and your sister have got the same taste in names. I haven’t got any siblings, neither does my husband, so we don’t have that problem
