With [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Olive[/name], I like [name]George[/name] [name]William[/name]. [name]Arlo[/name] [name]George[/name] would work as well, but I prefer [name]George[/name] [name]William[/name]. It’s a very strong name and has the right balance with the two sibs. Good luck!

I would stick with your short list, [name]Arlo[/name] [name]George[/name] is great… But [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] sound much too alike [name]IMO[/name] (which is probably why you like it)

[name]Remy[/name] is soooooo perfect with [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Olive[/name]. I don’t really like [name]Arlo[/name], it feels very [name]Jethro[/name]-esqe/great depression/hillbilly. I’m sorry, I don’t mean to be rude or anything. [name]Jude[/name] and [name]George[/name] are great names though.
My top two are [name]Jude[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] [name]George[/name], they both are quite spunky and fun names! And they fit well with your other two children’s names too.

[name]George[/name] definitely works best with siblings [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Olive[/name]! It’s both quirky, AND classic - just like brother and sister’s names!
Although I love[name]Remy[/name], [name]Arlo[/name] and [name]Jude[/name], I just don’t think they go as well. [name]Jude[/name] and [name]Hugo[/name] share a very dominant “U” sound in their names, [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] are a little too matchey for brothers (both 4 letters, both ending in O) and while I think [name]Remy[/name] is a great name, it just doesn’t have the same feel or style that [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Hugo[/name] have.
I love [name]George[/name] [name]William[/name]…or even [name]George[/name] [name]Arlo[/name]! Fantastic name, and fits right in with his soon to be brother and sister!

I prefer your original short list to [name]Arlo[/name] [name]George[/name], especially [name]Jude[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]. [name]Arlo[/name] doesn’t fit as nicely with [name]Hugo[/name] & [name]Olive[/name] imo. 
I love the name [name]Jude[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] and it works well! I agree with all here, [name]Arlo[/name] is a little too close to [name]Hugo[/name]. I do really like [name]George[/name] with this set too for its vintage feel and tying together with letter O.
[name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Olive[/name] are fabulous together! I really love it. My first choice for their brother would be [name]Jude[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] (love!), but I think [name]George[/name] fits in fabulously, as well. [name]Remy[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] are fabulous names, but they just don’t seem to fit in quite as well with the others. I think [name]Olive[/name] and [name]Remy[/name] are just fabulous, but I’m not sure about [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Remy[/name] together, if that makes sense.

And as pp mentioned, [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]Arlo[/name] are a quite similar, perhaps too much so in my opinion. I think [name]Olive[/name], [name]Hugo[/name] and [name]George[/name] make an excellent sibset. They all work well together but are each fantastic individually. Good luck!
