Personally, I’d pair something classic and masculine with [name]Wolf[/name], but I’m not sure if that’s your style:

[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Alexander[/name]
[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Nicholas[/name]
[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Maximus[/name]
[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Henry[/name]
[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Christopher[/name]

[name]Wolf[/name] [name]Alexander[/name] is one that I had come up with as well as [name]William[/name] [name]Wolf[/name].
I just can’t seem to get behind [name]Wolf[/name] yet

I like [name]Gilbert[/name] and [name]Charles[/name]! Well, actually, I like all the names except [name]Finlay[/name] and [name]Ambrose[/name].

I voted for [name]Finlay[/name] [name]Clayton[/name].

Swink? huh?

Yes, I’m from the South-Eastern US so most of these names are family names.
Swink is a family name on my husband’s side. I beleive that it is an Irish surname, a lesser used form of McSweeney.

Oh, I see. Well, I think with a sibling with such a unique name I’d try to keep at least a similar feel.
Having one sibling with a very strange and unique name and another with an extremely common and regular name feels very unbalanced to me. [name]Finn[/name] and Swin still has my vote

Yes, [name]Hutchinson[/name] is so very long that I will more than likely be using a nn. So he’ll probably be called [name]Cal[/name], [name]Finn[/name], [name]Liam[/name], [name]Gib[/name] or [name]Wolf[/name].
I am worried about [name]Finn[/name] and [name]Liam[/name] being too trendy, though.

[name]Fin[/name] is a bit trendy that’s for sure. I think [name]Liam[/name] is very much a classic though.
If you’re thinking of using [name]Cal[/name], what about [name]Callum[/name] [name]Charles[/name] nn [name]Cal[/name]? I feel like that would fit much better with Swink than [name]Charles[/name].

[name]Charles[/name] [name]Callum[/name] and [name]William[/name] [name]Ambrose[/name] are my favorites. I don’t think you need a “full name” for [name]Wolf[/name]; if dad wants to call him [name]Wolf[/name], let him call him [name]Wolf[/name]. You can call him by his given name.

The name [name]Lowell[/name] means young wolf and you could call him wolf as a nn maybe?

I read that [name]Wolf[/name] is a nickname for [name]William[/name] (well, a variation of). You could name him [name]William[/name] and just call him [name]Wolf[/name]. Most people don’t know that though.

I voted for [name]Gilbert[/name]. I like [name]Gil[/name] as a nn but I really like [name]William[/name] [name]Wolf[/name]!

I voted for [name]Charles[/name]. About [name]Wolf[/name]… I think almost ANY first name will go with [name]Wolf[/name] as a middle name, so Dad can call him [name]Wolf[/name] and get his way.

Same deal that I have with my boyfriend (even though this is YEARS away, haha). I love the first name [name]Soren[/name]. He doesn’t. He LOVES [name]Fox[/name]. I love the way [name]Soren[/name] [name]Fox[/name] sounds and looks. So, future hubs will call him [name]Fox[/name] and I’m just fine with that. I actually think it’s a really cute father/son thing :).

I say give him [name]Wolf[/name] as a middle and give the okay for Dad to call him [name]Wolf[/name], but then YOU get to pick whatever first name you want to call him by.

I love [name]Soren[/name] too! [name]Soren[/name] [name]Fox[/name] is very handsome. I have a freind with the middle name [name]Fox[/name]. He goes by [name]Foxy[/name] to all of his friends and it really fits his out-going personality.

I think that [name]Soren[/name] and Swink would be a great sib set for us, but I’ve been told that [name]Soren[/name] might be too “out there” (by the man who wants to name our child [name]Wolf[/name]). You offer up a good compromise, but I don’t know if Dad will be okay with me calling him by a different name. We kind of did that with our Pug dog and it always irked him. . .

I really like [name]Finlay[/name] and [name]William[/name].

I really like [name]William[/name] [name]Ambrose[/name] and [name]Finlay[/name] (separate).

As stand alone names, my favorites from your list are [name]Callum[/name] and [name]Finlay[/name], but [name]William[/name] [name]Ambrose[/name] is just such an awesome combination. Amazing name. Usually I don’t like [name]William[/name], but with [name]Ambrose[/name] = perfection.
