We have a DD and a DS already and have recently found out we’re now expecting twin boys! Accidentally, our existing names were both inspired by nature and so we will now look to purposefully name our two boys nature names too.
DD is [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] (one’s own meadow) and DS is [name_m]Ryland[/name_m] (Island of Meadows). [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Boy A we will probably name [name_m]Heath[/name_m] (dweller of the heathland). We’re looking for inspiration now for [name_u]Baby[/name_u] Boy B. Before we found [name_m]Heath[/name_m] I loved [name_m]Holt[/name_m] but hubby wasn’t too sure. I’d be reluctant to name them [name_m]Heath[/name_m] and [name_m]Holt[/name_m] (son of the unspoiled forrests) but haven’t ruled it out yet.
[name_f]Inspiration[/name_f] most welcome.
I like [name_m]Heath[/name_m] much better than [name_m]Holt[/name_m] with [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] and [name_m]Ryland[/name_m]; [name_m]Holt[/name_m] feels too sharp and abrupt whereas [name_m]Heath[/name_m] has lots of vowel sounds.
Nature inspired suggestions for [name_m]Heath[/name_m]‘s twin:
[name_m]Byron[/name_m]
[name_m]Forrest[/name_m]
[name_m]Cliff[/name_m]
[name_m]Oren[/name_m]
[name_m]Clay[/name_m]
[name_m]Hayes[/name_m]
[name_m]Conan[/name_m]
[name_m]Hawthorne[/name_m] (’[name_m]Thorne[/name_m]’) - Maybe too close to [name_m]Heath[/name_m]
[name_u]Reid[/name_u]
[name_m]Dion[/name_m]
[name_m]Brooks[/name_m]
[name_m]Ewan[/name_m]
Thoughts on these? Good luck!
[name_u]Rio[/name_u] seems like a timely choice
Nature names for [name_u]Ainsley[/name_u] and [name_m]Ryland[/name_m]'s brother, and [name_m]Heath[/name_m]'s twin…
[name_u]Linden[/name_u] (linden tree hill)
[name_m]Ronan[/name_m] (little seal)
[name_u]River[/name_u]
[name_m]Warren[/name_m] (park keeper)
[name_m]Silas[/name_m] (wood, or forest)
Congratulations, and good luck!
