Here are my thoughts on your list-
[name_m]Atticus[/name_m]-I really like this name. It’s old fashioned, manly yet gentle & a little quirky. Totally different style from [name_m]Ethan[/name_m], but not a deal breaker. I love the nns [name_m]Ace[/name_m] & [name_u]Gus[/name_u] for it. [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] & [name_u]Gus[/name_u] would be cute.
[name_m]Ewan[/name_m]-Well, this is basically my #1 pick right now for a hypothetical child. I love it. It’s just beautiful, charming, smart, kind, simple & unique. I do think that it’s kind of too close to [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] though.
[name_u]Elliot[/name_u]-Ooh, this is lovely too! Kind of all of the same qualities of [name_m]Ewan[/name_m]. A bit more popular, but also sounds much better w/Ethan. I prefer [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] & think that’s easier, but I could be wrong.
[name_u]Archer[/name_u]-Very nice. Has a cool outdoorsy feel, but I can see it being sort of a bookish guy at the same time. The nn [name_m]Archie[/name_m] is my favorite part. That’s super cute. It goes nicely enough w/Ethan. A little more out there, but not too out there at all.
[name_m]Harris[/name_m]-I think that this is a nice fit, but it’s just not my favorite. Not sure why. I like [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] & [name_u]Harry[/name_u] fine.
[name_u]Atlas[/name_u]-This is a very cool name too. Totally different style from [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] though. It’s kind of artsy & a little exotic, but simple.
