We are so happy to announce our little one arrived last night.
His name is [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m] Whitcomb. [name_m]Simon[/name_m] was my husband’s great-grandfather’s name. We just liked the name [name_m]Peter[/name_m] and we liked the connection to the apostle [name_m]Peter[/name_m], but after he was born and we announced the name my mother-in-law told us her grandfather’s middle name had been [name_m]Peter[/name_m] as well! Whitcomb is a family name; my grandfather’s middle name and his mother’s maiden name. My husband originally hadn’t wanted two middle names but the labor was kind of difficult and in the middle of it he told me we could go with the full [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Peter[/name_m] Whitcomb:)
