I am naming my baby boy Yondell. I just am working on the middle name still and he will be here may 25th…
Some background: It comes from [name]Yandel[/name] (pronounced [name]Yon[/name]-dell - WHICH is why i am spelling it Yondell so people can pronounce it right. I live in Wisconsin and people here would pronounce [name]Yandel[/name]: Yaaaan-dell OR Yaaand-elll. So i dont want the boy to have to correct everyone all his life. Plus I like it spelled Yondell. It comes from Wisin y [name]Yandel[/name] the puerto rican reggateon group.)
But i love the name. I already have an: [name]Esmeralda[/name] [name]Lee[/name] _____ and [name]Orlando[/name] [name]Lenox[/name] ______. I was going to name him Yondell [name]Jay[/name] [name]Angelo[/name] ______ . But im not sure anymore. I liked the nickname [name]Dell[/name]-[name]Jay[/name] which is why I wanted a J-middle name.
I like unique names, hispanic/mexican influenced names, but a mix of american as well, which is why my other two are esmeralda and orlando but with the mix of american: lee and lenox in there. I [name]DO[/name] NOT like trendy -preppy names. And nothing too weird or too girly for my boy.
I was reading through some of the posts on here last night and I like also:
Yondell [name]Syrus[/name]
Yondell [name]Jay[/name] [name]Syrus[/name]
Yondell [name]Jay[/name] [name]Evon[/name]
BUT does anyone else have any ideas??? I not a huge fan of ‘jay’ but am using it because of the nickname i want…lol. Theres not much in J-names I like (no [name]Jaiden[/name]/[name]Jayden[/name], no [name]James[/name]/[name]Jack[/name]/[name]Jason[/name]/etc, no [name]Javier[/name]/[name]Julian[/name] no [name]Jayvon[/name], [name]Jaxson[/name], [name]Jasper[/name] no [name]Javonte[/name], etc…) But the J- doesnt HAVE to be in there.
I would also like the middle name to be 3 syllables total (but doesnt have to be) – just because my other two kid’s first + middle names are 5 syllables in total. so Yondell is 2 syllables + 3 syllables for middle name. My last name is Orozco if that helps (O-roz-co - roll the ‘r’)
??? throw out some good names if u can!
