While I like [name_m]Louis[/name_m], I voted for [name_m]Otto[/name_m]. In this case I like the matching -O ending with [name_m]Milo[/name_m] (and the symmetry of two sisters with A endings plus two brothers with O endings.) I think the [name_m]Ott[/name_m]- and [name_f]Mil[/name_f]- syllables are so different that the endings don’t feel too matchy. I also think [name_m]Otto[/name_m] fits the bold-but-friendly vibe of [name_m]Milo[/name_m], [name_f]Viola[/name_f], and [name_f]Zelda[/name_f] really well. Best of luck choosing!
I actually love [name_m]Otto[/name_m] [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m], but for you, I prefer [name_m]Louis[/name_m] [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] (which also love the names) because of the [name_f]NOLA[/name_f] connection. It seems perfect for your family. Either way you go, though, you’ve got some handsome name choices!

Both are very handsome. I chose [name_m]Otto[/name_m] only because it bugs me that the pronunciation of [name_m]Louis[/name_m] is left up to interpretation. I love both pronunciations, but for some reason names having more than one accurate pronunciation makes it less desirable for me personally. Good luck. I am due with my baby boy the same day!
[name_m]Otto[/name_m] and [name_m]Barnaby[/name_m] are both names I love and wish I could use but DH doesn’t like. If you don’t current live in [name_f]NOLA[/name_f] I wonder if you will constantly have to correct people who will say [name_u]Lou[/name_u]-is instead of [name_u]Lou[/name_u]-ee?
