I fell in love with the name [name_m]Kensington[/name_m] [name_f]Marie[/name_f] but the more I say it the less I love it. Thoughts? Suggestions? :slight_smile:

[name_m]Kensington[/name_m] comes across to me as more of a boyā€™s name. If I saw [name_m]Kensington[/name_m] [name_m]Smith[/name_m] written down Iā€™d probably assume it was a male.

What about [name_u]Kendall[/name_u]? Or [name_f]Kendra[/name_f]?

Its different and flavourful, Iā€™ll give it that. I think it is much too trendy/masculine. It will loose its appeal very quickly.

You can go with the name [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u], and thus still use the ā€œ[name_u]Kenzie[/name_u]ā€ nickname. This is still a strong name, with a similar feelā€¦without sounding too creative

Itā€™s very masculine to me and, personally, doesnā€™t sound like a ā€˜personā€™ name.

What do you like about [name_m]Kensington[/name_m]? Is it the sound? Is it that itā€™s a place name?

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_m]Kerrigan[/name_m]? Similar sound, less masculine (to me) and option for nickname.
