Baby Girl Name Help

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with a little girl. I’m at a total loss of what to name her. I already have a 6 year old son named [name_u]William[/name_u] [name_m]Crawford[/name_m], who we call [name_u]Liam[/name_u] for short. When [name_u]Liam[/name_u] was born if he had been a girl his name would have been [name_f]Nora[/name_f], but now I’m just unsure what to do. Please give me some girl name suggestions based on my list of names I like below!

Possible middle name options: [name_u]Anne[/name_u], [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f], [name_u]Louise[/name_u], [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], Anora/Annora, [name_f]Claire[/name_f]

Thank you in advanced <3

[name_u]Love[/name_u] the names on your list so far! [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] is my favourite. I liked it for our baby but hubby wouldn’t go for it.

Some other suggestions:

@Maggie_1234 Eloise is my favorite right now too but my husband is on the fence all he will say is “its ok I guess” lol that doesn’t make me feel confident that he likes it enough to permanently name our child. But our son is named after him so I shouldn’t care and name our daughter whatever I want lol

Before I just give you a bunch of names I have a quick question. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you two no longer like the name [name_f]Nora[/name_f]?

@Byan-kuh [name_f]Nora[/name_f] is still a top contender. The two top contenders are [name_f]Nora[/name_f] and [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]. Now that naming a little girl is a reality I just keep feeling that there is something out there that’s better that I’m overlooking. But I still think its beautiful and I like that its Irish and short like Liam’s name.

Eloise is so perfect! I love this one. Eloise Claire or Eloise Elisabeth would be my pick!

How about moving [name_f]Anora[/name_f] into the first spot as it is lovely and you also get [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. I love [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] too. Other suggestions…

Combos I like with Nora/Eloise:

[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_u]Anne[/name_u]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] [name_f]Elisabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u]
[name_f]Eloise[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f]

Maybe combine [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f]

Other Irish names you may like:

[name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Elsie[/name_f] and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] are lovely!!

Have you considered [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] nickname [name_f]Nora[/name_f]? I like that it has the [name_f]El[/name_f]- sound of [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], but you also have the option of [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. I also love that it mirrors your son’s name with the classic full name and Irish nickname.

I also really like [name_f]Eloise[/name_f], [name_f]Vera[/name_f], & [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] for you!

You have a great list!

I kind of get musician vibes from your list. What about [name_f]Etta[/name_f]?

Agree with the above suggestion of [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nora[/name_f].

[name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f]! It was on our list but not my hubby’s favorite. I also really love [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] (I have a niece named [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] otherwise that would have been on my list.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] is pretty as well!
[name_f]My[/name_f] friend just named her daughter [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] which is cute-although might be too cutesy as she gets older

I would go with Annora and call her Nora for short, like Liam has his longer name
William & Annora - Liam & Nora are cute together

or Theodora / Dorothea nn Thea, Liam & Thea are also super cute
