I love [name_m]Samson[/name_m] and voted for it. But I really think all are great options! I don’t consider [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] overly popular, some will think of [name_m]Samson[/name_m] and [name_f]Delilah[/name_f] when they hear the name but I dont think it’s an overpowering association. [name_m]Lucien[/name_m] will sometimes be mispronounced but it’s an easy correction. Congratulations!!!
I love [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] and [name_m]Samson[/name_m]. I’m not sure who to pronounce [name_m]Lucien[/name_m], to that sort of answered your question 
I think it being said incorrectly sometimes isn’t the end of the world if you really love it though.
I voted for [name_m]Samson[/name_m], I like how it sounds and it has the easy nn [name_u]Sam[/name_u] and the more unusual [name_u]Sonny[/name_u], also I don’t think that many people know the whole [name_m]Samson[/name_m] story. But if you’re holding back from [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] due to popularity I don’t think you need to worry about that.
I love [name_m]Gabriel[/name_m]! I have only met two before, though they both go by the nn [name_m]Gabe[/name_m]. So, I wouldn’t worry about popularity, but - if you don’t care for [name_m]Gabe[/name_m] - I would worry about it being automatically shorted.
All such great choices but [name_m]Samson[/name_m] is such a huge favourite of mine! It’s weighty for sure, but in a good way.
I like [name_m]Samson[/name_m] the best, although the other choices are nice. I like its nickname potential as well as the general vibe of the name. I’ve heard of biblical [name_m]Samson[/name_m] but for me it’s just not that big of a deal so I wouldn’t let the association turn me off the name.
