I was going to call my baby boy [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] to go along with his siblings [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], [name_m]Liam[/name_m] and [name_f]Violet[/name_f] but not sure if he suits the name. We are also considering [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] and are open to other suggestions. [name_f]Do[/name_f] [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] sound too similar? [name_m]Feel[/name_m] free to offer your input - we have one more week before we have to make it official. I kind of like [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] but it might be a little too unisex for us.
[name_u]Elliott[/name_u] Is super cute. I don’t think of it as a unisex name. [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] is also cute and unique, which is nice, because your other kids have very trendy names, [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] would stray from that and I think that’s great. If you want to have a trendy name to go along with your other kids trendy names then [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] would be great. If you want to stray from trend and do something unique, then [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] is a good choice. [name_m]Both[/name_m] are nice names.
I love [name_u]Dylan[/name_u], I don’t think it is too close to [name_m]Liam[/name_m] at all. I like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] as well, but don’t like that it shares the same ending as [name_f]Violet[/name_f].
I like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] the best, I don’t think of it as unisex. I also think that [name_u]Elliott[/name_u] is pretty classic and that, between the two, [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] sounds much more trendy. I do personally think that [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] and [name_m]Liam[/name_m] are a bit too similar.
You have a [name_f]Violet[/name_f] so I would eliminate [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] due to their similarity. [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] is also considered unisex (like [name_u]Elliott[/name_u]) and it’s a little matchy with [name_m]Liam[/name_m] although they end the same way. I’m not a fan of [name_u]Hudson[/name_u] (it’s the heavy Hud sound that I don’t care for at all). Here are some suggestions. Of the three choices, I would choose [name_u]Dylan[/name_u].
