On 26th [name_f]April[/name_f] we welcomed our second son, [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] [name_m]Frederick[/name_m]. He weighed in at 5lbs 13oz after being induced at 37 weeks. He is long, skinny and has a good head of dark hair.
He joins big brother [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Arlo[/name_u] (19 months).
I chose [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] as it was one of my favourite boys name. I love hipster names! DH also liked the fact that [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] is a red gemstone as he wanted to name a potential daughter, [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], due to being a Manchester United fan. And I liked the fact that both [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] and [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m] are Disney character names (I’m a big Disney fan haha!)
As I was allowed to choose [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] I let DH choose his middle names. He chose [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] as he wanted a ‘H’ name to match [name_m]Sebastian[/name_m]’s middle name of [name_m]Henry[/name_m]. He’s also a big [name_m]Simpson[/name_m]’s fan and loves that [name_m]Bart[/name_m] has an evil twin brother called [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] in a Treehouse of Horror episode. He liked the sound of [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] alongside [name_m]Jasper[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m] but also the sentimental side of [name_m]Frederick[/name_m] being one of my grandads’ name.
Also born on the same day was [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]’s cousin, [name_m]Declan[/name_m]. [name_m]Declan[/name_m]’s mother is my oldest sister and I love the fact that our sons share the same birthday
