[name_f]My[/name_f] husband likes it but I’m not in love with it. I like that it’s different but I just don’t know.
nn [name_u]Van[/name_u]… [name_u]Van[/name_u] Blanc? [name_m]Vander[/name_m] Blanc? I don’t want his whole name to sound like an entire last name. Part of me is kind of confused by the sound of it.
I like it. I prefer [name_m]Evander[/name_m], but it’s different but not too out there, and quite familiar as it’s so similar to [name_m]Xander[/name_m]/[name_m]Zander[/name_m].
I like it a lot. I also like the nn [name_u]Van[/name_u]. But [name_u]Van[/name_u] Blanc sounds like a wine, unfortunately. [name_f]My[/name_f] only hesitation is the combo with the last name, I"m afraid. If it were [name_u]Van[/name_u] [name_m]Watson[/name_m] or [name_u]Van[/name_u] [name_m]Jones[/name_m] it would sound better, I think. I’m not sure how you would work around that. But the name itself is cool.
I like [name_m]Vander[/name_m] but I prefer [name_m]Evander[/name_m], plus I think it makes it sound less surname-y. You can still use the nn [name_u]Van[/name_u]!
I love [name_m]Evander[/name_m] too. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though it’s only one letter different, [name_m]Vander[/name_m] sounds a bit less less like a first name to me, and makes me think of [name_u]Van[/name_u] [name_m]Wilder[/name_m] for some reason?! [name_m]Vander[/name_m] Blanc sounds like a last name ‘van der Blanc’.
[name_m]Donovan[/name_m] is also a great way to get to [name_u]Van[/name_u]!
