Baby names for our family

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Everyone,

I’m trying to figure out my name ‘style’ I guess you could say. You see…I want a name that is not overly popular, yet not so off the wall nobody can pronounce it. [name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Alisa[/name_f]. It always was butchered to [name_f]Elisa[/name_f], [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f], [name_f]Alishia[/name_f] etc! Ugh…I go by [name_f]Alise[/name_f] now.

So far I have two kids. Hopefully, we’ll have one more kiddo soon. I’m a dork and want my name before pregnancy :woman_shrugging:t4:. I like to say this is baby ___.

Anyways, my daughter was given the name [name_f]Leah[/name_f] Sunie (my mom’s middle name is Sunie. [name_f]My[/name_f] grandpa never had a son and his nickname was ‘[name_u]Sonny[/name_u]’.

I love [name_f]Leah[/name_f] Sunie! [name_f]Leah[/name_f] is easy to spell, pronounce, not overly popular and doesn’t get butchered with many variations.

Next, we had my son [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_u]Miles[/name_u]-[name_u]Douglas[/name_u] ([name_u]Miles[/name_u] was my grandma’s maiden name, [name_u]Douglas[/name_u] was my brother that recently passed away first name)

So…[name_m]Wesley[/name_m], [name_f]Leah[/name_f] and ____

I stink at putting girl names together. These are names I like. I really like the nickname as an option, but it’s not a dealbreaker if not :joy:. Thanks for reading this lengthy post And your suggestions!

Names I like but don’t know the name style are [name_f]Jenna[/name_f], [name_f]Alexa[/name_f], [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] (not sure about [name_f]Audrey[/name_f]-nn options are limited), [name_f]Daniela[/name_f]/[name_f]Daniella[/name_f], [name_f]Paige[/name_f], [name_u]Harlow[/name_u], [name_u]Reagan[/name_u], [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_u]Parker[/name_u], [name_u]Paisley[/name_u] [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u] or [name_u]Kenzie[/name_u].

More name ideas are appreciated!

[name_m]Wesley[/name_m] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] seem like classics to me. I think [name_f]Paige[/name_f] from your lists would fit in great.

A few other girl options:

If you would like some boy options:

I think [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] & [name_f]Leah[/name_f] are both greats names & fit well together! They are sweet, simple, & classic to me. I think [name_f]Paige[/name_f] or [name_u]Kenzie[/name_u] fit really well with [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f].

Some other girl names you may like:
[name_u]Saige[/name_u] or [name_u]Sage[/name_u]

Some boys names:

Oh my…you named many of my favorite boy names. I think if we have a boy it’ll be [name_u]Jonah[/name_u] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]. I love [name_u]Easton[/name_u] and [name_u]Ryder[/name_u].

I’m picky with girl names. I like [name_u]Riley[/name_u], but feel it’s cutesy but when she’s older it won’t look right.
I like [name_f]Ava[/name_f] too…not sure if it’s popular

Do the colors mean you like the names vs not or what does that signify? Hmm…sorry I’ve only posted a couple times so not sure if that’s a code Word/key for Something lol .

Usually they’ll be colored for their typical gender. So pink is girl, blue is boy, and green is unisex/often used for both! It happens automatically after you post nb links names it has in its database to the correct page. So you can just click on the names to open a new page that details its popularity/origin etc.

Hope that helps!

Ahhh…the colors on the names show you if the name is girls, boys or unisex. [name_f]Pink[/name_f]-girl, blue-boy, green-unisex

From what’s listed, With [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_u]Miles[/name_u] [name_u]Douglas[/name_u] and [name_f]Leah[/name_f] Sunie I like
[name_u]Taylor[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Alexa[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]
[name_f]Brielle[/name_f] [name_u]Morgan[/name_u]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f] [name_u]Riley[/name_u]

I would say your style of this baby seems to be more gender neutral/ 90’s chic! Which I love

Sorry for any repeats but I will suggest
