  1. Nothing alliterative.
  2. Nothing that is made up, or spelled oddly/uniquely.
  3. Nothing that rhymes with other sibling’s names.
  4. Not in the top 100. (I am most flexible on this one-- if I love it, popularity doesn’t really count)
  5. Not the same as my immediate family (my husband loves several names that have already been given to my brothers/sisters, so they’re out).

I only just saw this now! I should have elaborated a bit better. [name]Violet[/name] is a flower name to me, I don’t really consider it a word name. And by celebrity names I mean naming your kid [name]Beyonce[/name], [name]Shakira[/name], [name]Rihanna[/name] etc. I guess [name]Violet[/name] is still a celebrity name and that’s okay, I just meant so in a different context. [name]Hope[/name] that makes a bit more sense now :slight_smile:
