I’m excited to announce our beautiful baby girl was born at 5:07 this morning.
But! Upon seeing our beautiful bundle of blonde hair little girl ( she looks nothing like our other children ) we unanimously decided she was not a [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f], our top choice
I’m back for help guys! We can’t keep calling her “babe”
I didn’t have a list to begin with and I’m not even sure where to start on what names I’m looking for.
My other children were born in the 90’s and have wildly popular names from that time.
[name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_f]Samantha[/name_f], [name_u]Tyler[/name_u], [name_f]Jessica[/name_f] and [name_f]Stephanie[/name_f].
I don’t necessarily want a 90’s baby name but I also am not a fan of most of the popular names today.
Last name is [name_u]Vega[/name_u] so no V names.
7 hours with this bundle of smiles and I know she is just going to be the sweetest and spunkiest little thing! I want a name that fits that, she has brought so much life to our family and she was such an unexpected and much needed blessing, I would like a name that has some meaning, but don’t like the [name_f]Faith[/name_f], [name_f]Hope[/name_f],[name_f]Grace[/name_f] ideas
Sorry for the rambling post I’m just dying to find a fitting name for her!!
Please give me some ideas, first and middle names <3
FOr what it’s worth I think [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is beautiful, but if it doesn’t fit, it doesn’t fit. I’ll just throw some suggestions out there that you might like.
[name_f]Georgia[/name_f]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f] -instead of [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]. This means heavenly
[name_f]Carina[/name_f]
[name_f]Cara[/name_f]
[name_f]Livia[/name_f]
[name_f]Estelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Isaline[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
What about [name_f]Mirabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Mira[/name_f] or [name_f]Belle[/name_f] for short. It a plum and seems sweet for your little bundle of joy!

Thank you! I agree [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] is beautiful and we loved it, but she is just not a [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]
Going to take notes in your list to try to get my thoughts organized
[name_f]Elena[/name_f]- Someone ruined this name for me unfortunately
[name_f]Claire[/name_f]- I prefer [name_f]Clara[/name_f] but [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_u]Vega[/name_u] doesn’t sound right
[name_f]Lucy[/name_f]- our dogs name
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]- not a big fan
[name_u]Evelyn[/name_u] - like, don’t love

[name_u]Bailey[/name_u] -love but doesn’t flow with our last name
[name_f]Clio[/name_f]- [name_f]Cleo[/name_f]- another one of our dogs lol
[name_f]Lydia[/name_f] -really love [name_f]Lydia[/name_f] reallllly love, but I think as more of a middle name

[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]- on our little mini list
[name_f]Lilah[/name_f]- I like [name_f]Leila[/name_f]
[name_f]Malia[/name_f]

[name_f]Tabitha[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
You’re welcome to swap around middle names to different first names if you prefer them.
Also, I’ve always have thought of this as a boys name. [name_u]Brooke[/name_u], [name_u]Brook[/name_u], [name_u]Brooklyn[/name_u] might work for you though. Good luck!

Also, I’ve always thought [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] as a boys name. [name_u]Brooke[/name_u], [name_u]Brook[/name_u], [name_u]Brooklyn[/name_u] might work for you though. Good luck!
Congrats on your new daughter! I really like the suggestion of [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], what a lovely and meaningful name.
Some other ideas that have nice meanings and/or just sound good with your other kids’ names:
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]
[name_f]Alison[/name_f]
[name_f]Allegra[/name_f]
[name_f]Julia[/name_f]/[name_f]Juliet[/name_f]
[name_f]Danae[/name_f]
[name_f]Natalie[/name_f]
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]
[name_f]Cassandra[/name_f]
[name_f]Molly[/name_f]
[name_f]Megan[/name_f]
[name_f]Elaine[/name_f]
[name_f]Corinne[/name_f]
[name_f]Sara[/name_f]
[name_f]Sadie[/name_f]
[name_f]Jillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Abigail[/name_f]
[name_f]Caitlin[/name_f]
[name_f]Nina[/name_f]
[name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
[name_f]Annabel[/name_f]
[name_f]Gabrielle[/name_f]
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f]: like this one, but it’s pretty popular and the meaning is nothing special. If you want something meaningful, I’d keep looking.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f]: this is more like it! Much more distinctive and has a beautiful meaning. If you like [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Felicity[/name_f], you might also like [name_f]Felicia[/name_f]?
[name_m]Brooks[/name_m]: reads even more masculine than [name_u]Spencer[/name_u] to me - maybe [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] instead? It’s not my favourite though, and seems like a mile away from [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]. Maybe [name_f]Isla[/name_f], for a softer, more feminine water-themed name?
[name_f]Margot[/name_f]: sweet little name with a sweet meaning
[name_f]Perrie[/name_f]: again, feels more like a boy’s name to me. Nothing wrong with that, but your other daughters have clearly feminine names so it strikes me as a little odd to go in a different direction with this one, even if it is 20 years later!
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f]: would be very apt with her hair colour! I can appreciate this one but it’s difficult for me to picture it on a baby because it’s a very popular name amongst my mother’s generation here in the UK. But it does have a lovely, flowing sound.
[name_f]Natasha[/name_f]: I really like [name_f]Natasha[/name_f] - it’s my second personal favourite from your list ([name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] too, and I also love [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]/[name_f]Felicia[/name_f] for you because of the meaning). It sounds bright and fierce, but it also sounds a tiny bit dated/90’s (in a good way - it’s very underused now as a result), so would tie in nicely with your other children’s names.
[name_f]Paige[/name_f]: never been a fan of this name - it strikes me as plain and quite ugly, as well as being a little dated.
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f]: a bold choice, but I really, really like it, and [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] is unbelievably cute/sassy! This is the name I would personally go for - the meaning is wonderful and brings to mind new beginnings and golden sunshine, and the name strikes a seemingly impossible balance between a name that sounds slightly dated but also daringly modern with that fashionable x sound. It’s a bright, meaningful, spunky, feminine name that I think ticks all your boxes, plus it feels current while also miraculously fitting in perfectly with your other children’s names.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] - Nice but popular name. Goes well with your other children.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] - Beautiful name. Beautiful meaning. My favorite from your list.
[name_m]Brooks[/name_m] - I tend to think of [name_m]Brooks[/name_m] as a boy name and [name_u]Brooke[/name_u] as a girl. I do think [name_u]Brooke[/name_u]/[name_m]Brooks[/name_m] is cute though maybe not as feminine as her sisters.
[name_f]Margot[/name_f] - Nice, but not my favorite. It does have spunk to it though.
[name_f]Perrie[/name_f] - Cute, but not my favorite. Doesn’t have a great meaning and doesn’t feel as feminine as her sisters.
[name_f]Fiona[/name_f] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] this! I think this name has so much spunk in the best way! It’s an absolutely beautiful name
[name_f]Natasha[/name_f] - Beautiful and fits well with her siblings names.
[name_f]Paige[/name_f] - Cute and simple, but I don’t think it’s as special as some of your others.
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] - I’ve never personally been a fan of this name, but I do think [name_f]Roxie[/name_f] is an adorable nn.
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] (my vote goes to this one, especially as [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] was your original pick - I think they’re lovely together)
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Paige[/name_f]
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Selena[/name_f]
[name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] [name_f]Alicia[/name_f]
