Nice. So this is how the game works. You click one of the tabs and one tab has a baby or two but the other tab has a “nice surprise”… that definitely isn’t a baby. This will go for 10 years, then create your family with the babies you’ve gotten (you can also say what other random surprises you get). Just another fun little game that shouldn’t be taken seriously lol.
