49 and I’m speechless. So this is how the game works. You click one of the tabs and one tab has a baby or two but the other tab has a “nice surprise”… that definitely isn’t a baby. This will go for 10 years, then create your family with the babies you’ve gotten (you can also say what other random surprises you get).
