Baby parrot! Gwydion or Takiri?

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Berries!

We are welcoming a third pet this month, and are stuck on his name. Right now we have a conure parrot named Pisco (Pee-skoh, Quechua for “little bird”) and a dog named [name_m]Perseus[/name_m] (NN [name_u]Percy[/name_u]). We’re bringing home another parrot, Pisco’s brother. Here he is. We’re stuck between

Gwydion, Welsh, meaning “born from the trees” and a trickster-magician hero from Welsh legend (sort of like [name_u]Loki[/name_u], but better)
or
Takiri, also Quechua, meaning “maker of music and dance”, supposedly.

I like the meaning and sound of both, though they are very different! Gwydion matches [name_m]Perseus[/name_m] better, and we love it. If we don’t use it for the bird, it may be our next dog (or child!). OTOH, Takiri matches Pisco better, and frees Gwydion to be another mythological dog, or even a child if we fall more in love with it.

Thoughts?

I like Takiri best. Gwydion is pretty as well, but if you like it enough for a future dog (or even a child), I would definitely save it.

Plus, Pisco & Takiri sound awesome together.
