Our son’s name is L@renzo E/erett O|iver and has the nn [name_m]Leo[/name_m] from his initials.
We are looking for a name that is familiar enough in [name_f]Italy[/name_f], [name_u]America[/name_u] and the UK. I like non-trendy traditional names that have history or vintage charm. My husband has little pattern to what he likes and doesn’t like.
** husband likes [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f], but not my option of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f].
Thanks!
A new twist. She needs to have a Saints name somewhere in her name.
What about [name_f]Carlotta[/name_f]? (Italian version of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]). I think it goes better with [name_m]Lorenzo[/name_m]. She could have the Americanized nickname [name_f]Lottie[/name_f]. [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] and [name_m]Leo[/name_m]. Sounds really cute to me!
We just discovered that her due date (which she has very very little chance of being born on) is also the Saints [name_u]Day[/name_u] for St. [name_m]Charles[/name_m]. So now my husband is convinced with [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] as the first name. In the region of [name_f]Italy[/name_f] where he is from, they very much celebrate everyone’s [name_m]Saint[/name_m] [name_u]Day[/name_u].
I love [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Francesca[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. Other suggestions that come to mind are:
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Alba[/name_f]!! [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Alba[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is perfect; you could call her [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] or [name_f]Alba[/name_f].
This might not be helpful since your husband has already says he doesn’t like it, but I personally looove your choice of [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] [name_f]Anneliese[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]! Vey elegant, very beautiful
