Back to square one for Baby #3: Help!

My husband and I thought he had narrowed down the name list for our third child-- a boy-- to just two names: [name]Anders[/name] and [name]Finn[/name]. Over the past few weeks as people begin asking what we’re planning to name the baby, I find myself really unsure about both [name]Anders[/name] and [name]Finn[/name] and reluctant to answer most people.

This is a bit of a last ditch effort, but I think we need to put all the names back on the table (keeping [name]Anders[/name] and [name]Finn[/name] as options, of course). I’ll take any and all suggestions you guys have. Our two older children are [name]Heidi[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name] (his middle name is [name]Owen[/name]).

What do you think? What goes well with [name]Heidi[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name]?

I like [name]Anders[/name]. Have you considered doing a longer “[name]Finn[/name]” name, like [name]Finnegan[/name] or [name]Phineas[/name]?
I like [name]Stellan[/name] with your sibset too.

The first think I thought of was [name]Phillip[/name].

I think [name]Anders[/name] and [name]Finn[/name] are great. They both go perfectly with your sibset. What about –
[name]Asher[/name]
[name]Jasper[/name]
[name]Jude[/name]
[name]Oliver[/name]
[name]Luca[/name]

Unfortunately, I can’t get any of the longer [name]Finn[/name] names to grow on me whatsoever. I love the way [name]Finnegan[/name] looks, but it sounds like [name]Finn[/name] Again. :\

I love [name]Heidi[/name] and [name]Rhys[/name] - what great names!! I actually think [name]Finn[/name] goes really well with those 2!

[name]Heidi[/name], [name]Rhys[/name] and brother…

[name]Leo[/name]
[name]Abel[/name]
[name]Felix[/name]
[name]Ezra[/name]
[name]Nico[/name]
[name]Sawyer[/name]
[name]Asher[/name]
[name]Jude[/name]
[name]Jonah[/name]
[name]Beau[/name]
[name]Oscar[/name]
[name]Otto[/name]
[name]Noel[/name]
[name]Theo[/name]
[name]Tate[/name]
[name]Kai[/name]

The first name that came to mind for me was [name]Ryan[/name]. I think [name]Robert[/name] might work decently well too (though to me that may be because there’s been a lot of [name]Robert[/name]'s and [name]Reese[/name]'s in my family through the generations). [name]Jasper[/name] would work well too. If you don’t feel confident about [name]Finn[/name], what about [name]Flynn[/name] or [name]Finley[/name]? I’m not the biggest fan of [name]Anders[/name] though.
