Is [name]Arlo[/name] too similar to [name]Isla[/name] for a sibset?
[name]Will[/name] also join brother [name]Henry[/name].
Previously were sold on [name]Arthur[/name] but now looking for another option.

Hmm, my first reaction was no, [name]Arlo[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] are fine. But then I tried to say them out loud and they do feel matchy and [name]Henry[/name] feels like the odd one out. I think [name]Henry[/name], [name]Isla[/name], and [name]Arthur[/name] make a much better trio–[name]Arthur[/name] has similarities with [name]Arlo[/name], but has more distinguishing sounds. What put you off? I think [name]Arthur[/name] fits great!
[name]Henry[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] would also sound nice with [name]Alistair[/name], [name]George[/name], [name]Martin[/name], [name]Lawrence[/name], [name]Felix[/name], [name]Colin[/name], [name]Marshall[/name], or [name]Malcolm[/name].
[name]Arlo[/name] isn’t too close to [name]Isla[/name], it just has similar characteristics. They both start with a vowel, have two-syllables and put the stress on the same syllable, but they still seem very different and unique from each other. [name]Arthur[/name] is definitely better than [name]Arlo[/name], though. It’s classier and sounds better with [name]Henry[/name]. Here’s a few suggestions for boys:

I am feeling like [name]Arthur[/name] is a better match as well. There are some good nn options like [name]Arto[/name].
We have also had [name]Felix[/name] and [name]George[/name] on our list. I think [name]George[/name] will fall in the middle place if we get à boy.
