So here is the deal- many of you must know me by now, and I’ve (hopefully) helped you with your lists. Time to return the favour, positive and negative-it’s all welcome, I know what I’m doing- but I also know what a love for [name]Penelope[/name] and [name]Beatrix[/name] I have developed by being here. I’ve had a horrid day- name therapy!

All your girl names seem so quirky, cool, and just a bit out there. [name]Kaylynn[/name] is the one that stands out as trendy.

[name]Juniper[/name] - Spunky. [name]Clover[/name] and [name]Laurel[/name] are other suggestions.

[name]Vivi[/name] - What about [name]Aviva[/name] or [name]Vivian[/name] to get the nn?

I looked to mythology names to get some offbeat names with history, which you seem to like.

[name]Po[/name]”sie - I think I like this best as a middle name, personally. Is this more related to [name]Poet[/name] - by the way, that is a cool name! - than [name]Posey[/name] or [name]Posy[/name]? I think I remember you saying that! It is a fun, funky name, and I appreciate its whimsical feel, but it feels more like middle name territory to me.

Aisceling - [name]How[/name] do you pronounce this name? Honestly, it looks a bit like a mess of letters to me - I’m sure it isn’t, though! - so I’m reluctant to say I like it. Sorry!

Hesper - I think I prefer Hesperia or Hespera more, personally, as they sound more ethereal and feminine.

[name]Eurydice[/name] - [name]Orpheus[/name] and [name]Eurydice[/name]? Cool! I know this one will pose major pronunciation issues for those not familiar with mythology, so as neat as it is, it might work best as a middle name.

Hannelora - Is this like [name]Hannelore[/name], but with a bit extra? I think it sounds very pretty, actually! So soft, sweet, and girlish! I think it sounds a bit like a double name, along the lines of [name]Rosalba[/name]…

[name]Kaylynn[/name] - This is out of place for me, as it looks trendy. I like some of your other names better, honestly.

[name]Jori[/name] - I think this would make a better nickname, as it lacks a bit of substance in comparison to your other names. It is a spunky nickname, though!

[name]Vivi[/name] - Again, I see nickname! Maybe for [name]Vivian[/name], [name]Violet[/name], [name]Viola[/name], [name]Genevieve[/name], [name]Viviana[/name], or something?

[name]Zinnia[/name] - I love this, really! It is my favorite on your list so far! So spunky and sassy, yet feminine and fun! It’s girlish without trying to hard, and unique without being totally unfamiliar. Zinny and [name]Zee[/name] are cute nicknames, too! [name]Zinnia[/name] and [name]Juniper[/name] would pair nicely for a nature theme, but [name]Iris[/name] would be sweet with [name]Zinnia[/name], too!

[name]Phaedra[/name] - This sounds a bit…dangerous…to me. Why is that, now? Oh! It reminds me of the Lernaean Hydra, the mythical water-beast with nine heads! I know [name]Phaedra[/name] is really the wife of [name]Theseus[/name], but the sounds are too similar for me.

[name]Esperanza[/name] - This is very pretty, and it has a great meaning! You might also like [name]Esmeralda[/name]!

Airlia - This looks awkward to me, and I don’t know quite how to say it. Others on your list appeal to me more…

Tulli - This reminds me of tulle, so I don’t see it as a name. It might be a cute nickname for [name]Tallulah[/name], though.

Liat - [name]How[/name] to you say this? It doesn’t look very feminine to me, and I think I prefer some of your other choices, to be honest.

[name]Jacqueline[/name] - Very pretty, feminine, traditional name! I really like it!

[name]Argo[/name] - This reminds me too much of the [name]Argo[/name], the Argonauts, and [name]Argus[/name] (the many!), so maybe [name]Arlo[/name] would be better?

[name]Arliss[/name] - This sounds a bit on the ‘light’ side of the manly names, but I like it, I think! [name]Unique[/name] and fun…

[name]Zephyr[/name] - This is a really cool name, and I love something like [name]Zephyr[/name] [name]Benjamin[/name]. The clash of styles really appeals to me there…

[name]Jett[/name] - Is it weird that this makes me think of [name]John[/name] Travolta’s son, who recently passed, and I think it is a sensitive ‘thing’? Yeah, that probably is weird. I don’t know that I love [name]Jett[/name], as it looks a bit dangerous to me, and it is really just jet with an extra T. It does look rugged and handsome, though, like [name]Jagger[/name]!
