What do you think of when you hear the name: [name]Bailey[/name] [name]Shea[/name]?
Honestly?
i[name]Carly[/name] (her name is [name]Carly[/name] [name]Shay[/name]) then Alcohol and Butter ([name]Bailey[/name]'s Irish Cream, and [name]Shea[/name] butter), then the girl in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movie.
Damn pop culture.
I thought it was a boy name before realising this is in the Girls Forum It’s not completely horrific, but the two ‘ay’ sounds don’t work well together for me.
I think it sounds very, very trendy.
I hear you on that.
I know a girl named [name]Bailey[/name] [name]Ray[/name]
I read that [name]Bailey[/name] is the most popular dog’s name in [name]North[/name] [name]America[/name]. (no source–not sure this is accurate, but it shaped my view of the name) I got teased for having a dog’s name (it’s [name]Bridget[/name]…who names a dog an Irish old lady’s name?!) and it’s rough. [name]Shay[/name] sounds nice with almost everything, hence the popularity so I’d pick something less pet-like.
[name]Kayleigh[/name] [name]Shay[/name]
[name]Amy[/name] [name]Shay[/name]
[name]Britta[/name] [name]Shay[/name]
[name]Katie[/name] [name]Shay[/name]
etc
It’s all right but the initials aren’t ideal…
I think of a little boy with a great name then I think it could be a little girl with a cutesy, trendy name.
I like the name. Especially [name]Shae[/name].
Agreed. But [name]Bailey[/name] is one of my favorite names for a boy, so I’m probably biased here. If you want to use [name]Bailey[/name] (or [name]Shea[/name]) for a girl, I would definitely go with something not unisex to pair with it–like [name]Bailey[/name] [name]Emma[/name], or [name]Annabel[/name] [name]Shea[/name], etc.
My parents have had dogs names [name]Bailey[/name] and [name]Bridget[/name]!
